Not Kool at all I use 2 take all my cars here now they scamming, they want me to pay for towing to the shop & from the shop for no reason, waste of money I told em the year & model but they don't know how much to do a head gaskets, bad business we in this they save money not throw it away , never again I took the last review down because they apologize but still trying to waste my time & money no shops ask you to tow the car for nothing , don't do it you'll be out of money this shop not the same they all about wasting yo money

I love and trust this auto shop because the owner and workers are honest and care about their customers more than making a dollar. I took my care there for an electrical problem, they checked for the problem without charging me a high diagnostic price. I have started to recommend them to family and friends.

So I have a classic chevy with classic chevy issues with my gear shift. My car would only go into drive and reverse. I freaked out and called takase on a whim and a try. Jose took care of me and he was backed up by excellent mech Hector. Thanks again guys much love I'll be back for sure

Man they scamming people. I went in there to try to get my brake lights & blink lights fixed & they estimated the fix to be 800$-1200$. I went to my mechanic guy & he was like just change the fuses. I paid 8.69 for some 15 amp fuses & change 2 of them & my problem was fix. Dont trust this business

Real honest nice workers. That go above and beyond even on oil changes. Also have a nice lobby to wait in.

Juan is so kind and explains everything he’s doing with your car. The customer service is amazing and they are the most fair priced auto shop I’ve been to in all Chicago. No matter what you need take your car here first!

As a customer great customer service friendly not very expensive let you know what is the price after you drop your vehicle off I recommend it to anyone that needs their car repaired they do everything clean restrooms and good coffee ☕ very comfortable waiting area and not a long process to get your vehicle repaired my name is Sandra my husband's name is Derek

I called them and they are just so worried about a computer error code that does not exist they don't know how to really be mechanics like the old days when they actually had to figure things out do not trust this place or waste your time at all

100% RECOMMEND. I needed a repair shop to replace my transmission and after calling dozens of places, they provided me with the lowest price! They say, you pay for what you get but honestly, their work was very well done. They did not perform the repairs until I was called and I approved the repairs to be done. They let me know all the other mechanisms that needed to be repaired to which I opted in for anyways since they were going to get removed anyways. Overall great communication, repairs were made quick, and definitely good prices. They know exactly what they’re doing and do it professionally.

I went in to find out what the noise was I was hearing. Not only was I told what the problem was without having to wait all day, I was told what caused it, and how I can try to prevent it in the future. The service was quick, efficient, and professional also in a pleasant atmosphere. I will definitely be back for maintenance and refer others!

Well first off the owner rude asl I don’t like the way he talk to people , secondly I called before even coming before wasting my Time I called to see if they could look at my car because I was leaking transmission fluid took my information down pull the car in to check it but he can’t work on it because it’s “WET “Under the car when you a mechanic you can’t even tell me a specific reason why you Not Gone Even Fix it or attempt to try because it’s Wet ofcourse it’s gone be wet it’s leaking transmission fluid . The Owner Didn’t want to give me a real explanation to why he don’t wanna seal the leak . Very unprofessional I would rate it NO STARS CAUSE YALL DIDNT EVEN TRY HONESTLY WHAT WAS THE POINT OF TELLING ME TO COME IF YOU DONT FIX LEAKS BECAUSE ITS WET UNDER THE CAR DEFINITELY NOT A REAL Explanation NOT WANTING TO FIX IT I DOOOO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO NOBODY !!!!!!!!!!!!

I went in to get my rear brake pads replaced. Mr. Takase inspected my front and rear brake pads and informed me that my brake pads were fine. It's hard to find people nowadays with honesty and integrity. I highly recommend Takase auto repair and will continue doing business with them.

They know how to fix cars, from broken axles to fan blowers to all things about engines and trannies. I always bring all my cars here and they come out fixed. Two Thumbs up, keep up the great work Team Takase!👍👍
