The oil change procedure went smooth. I didn’t feel any need to add any extra step to the procedure that was already in place to service my vehicle. I felt comfortable with every step and departing from the facility.

I like their customer service really on point yeah it’s a little of a wait but not too much. The most your wait is 10 minutes. Ain’t shit. I like their service.

I recently had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. The service was fast and efficient, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was in and out in no time, and my car was running smoothly afterwards. I would definitely recommend Take 5 to anyone looking for a quick and easy oil change.

The staff members were all friendly and knowledgeable and my total time from driving in the bay to driving out was 12 minutes. I always use Take 5 for oil changes,l and I always have a great experience! Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous team all very attentive to car needs. Filter, fluids, yucky cabin filter and air in the tires. My car is very happy now and running better than it has in a few months. Glad they are there. This was the store on Menaul NE in Albuquerque NM

Those young men were very professional and courteous. My son and I both went in and were out quickly and efficiently! Definitely my go to spot now although it is a little expensive but worth it.

Service was great, except I had to beg for a water. I asked for a full synthetic oil change. Yet the oil did not look like a synthetic. $133 for an oil change with a air filter is a little high. I will continue to go to Wal-Mart. The prices are a little too high here.

They took more than 1 hs to change the oil of two cars ahead of us. I prefer a place where you just leave the car to something like this where they promise 5 minutes and they take 6 times more!

I don't know what happened with this shop. Usually nice guys but the staff(not management) really act unprofessional. Now I get spam text from them, I didn't sign up for that. So to add onto this, I did wanted to get this oil change before making a trip out of town. 3 hour drive not only did the change oil indicator popped up, but my heat shield started dragging. Had to pull over and cut it off with shears to prevent further issues. I'm never coming back to this take 5 Update I gave the shop on menaul another shot, and the staff is very inconsistent when it comes to what is done. It's frustrating to have multiple questions from more than one person, the main guy sticking his face inches to mine when he's talking to me. I don't even know your system as to the process for an oil change, but it changes every time.

I recently started taking my fleet of vans to take 5 and I couldn’t be more happier with my experience there. The staff is incredible friendly and professional.
