Great experience! They did try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff, but they weren’t pushy about it. I just politely declined and they left it alone. My vehicle—3rd Gen 4Runner—is known to have a difficult oil filter to remove/replace because it’s in a tight spot, but one of the young guys stuck with it and ended up getting covered in oil in the process…so I was appreciative that I didn’t have to be the one covered in oil, which would’ve been likely had I done the oil change at home as planned. Good crew of young dudes who know their product and were very helpful.

Was there Thursday 01/09/2025 with a family member getting their oil changed and the service was fantastic. I went back on 01/11/2025 for my own vehicle and Ryan was not friendly from the greeting. As Isiah is helping me check in Ryan screams from Bay 1 while helping another customer about my oil type. (Superman ears) I’ve been with Take 5 about 3 times for my own vehicle and recommend to family members. This experience was disappointing because all the other team members are so customer focused for him to show that aggressive behavior. I work in the service industry and you can’t train people to have the spirit to serve it’s just there. Also, you know even if outcome is not ideal for customer it’s all about the approach. I ended up getting my oil changed at Jiffy Lube didn’t feel comfortable with Ryan working on my vehicle. May come back next time just maybe to a different location.

Went in to Take5 just before closing and was greeted by Ryan I was extremely happy with who I'm assuming is the lead tech who's motivated and inspired his team exhibiting strong decision making skills service was quick and stuff was friendly I was highly satisfied with the outcome and Ryan communicated with his team and I was really satisfied with the outcome of my services I was inspired with the way Ryan and his team worked they were attentive and listen to create a good work environment where everyone is heard and valued Ryan lead by example and earns the respect of his team shout out to take five and thank you Ryan I will return and see you in the future
