I tried your company and i regret the choice. Although your employees fixed the issue they caused, the consequences of their mistakes are costly. They lost the original part to my vehicle now i need to replace and pay for the part, because my car leaked due to their mistake it caused my car to leak oil in the parking garage at home and work. Now i need to pay the cost to clean both leaks. I’m not satisfied with the overall service and hope maybe someone will see this and share their thoughts with me reading my situation. Thank you

The oil change was quick and the Tech was very helpful and polite. I plan to return for my next oil. I highly recommend this location for anyone trying to get in and out.

Ended up spraying oil all over because the filter wasn’t tight. Got so much oil on my car that it was legitamently smoking by the time I got home. They did it quick they used solid products but need more attention to detail.

This is supposed to be a place for quick oil changes. I got here at 4pm and am still waiting at 5:22. I could've gone to Firestone for a quicker oil change. Waste of gas and time.

Without a doubt, every time I have tried to get an oil change at this location the employees never want to do it. Literally for the sake of just not wanting to do their job. Not really sure what the issue is. You would think if you worked at a place that did oil changed, you would be okay doing the job of an oil change. Maybe the employees here should find a job they would like to do instead.

10/17/24 Update - I went to Take 5 Oil today and Julian was the individual who helped me with my vehicle. I specifically go to this Take 5 Oil location as I respect how knowledgable Julian is and I always learn tips and tricks from him on what to look for in my car for better car performance and longevity. As usual, Julian went above and beyond. I always have an overall positive experience with the staff's speed, knowledge, and helpfulness. Thank you, Julian! 9/23/23 Update - I revisted Take 5 Oil and had another great experience. I was literally in and out within 5 minutes. I came for an oil level and tire air pressure check. Both items were handled concurrently and I couldn't be more pleased. Ja and Jarino assisted me on this visit and couldn't give more praise and appreciation. Both were so fast, friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. Thank you! I went to Take 5 for regular vehicle maintenance to have my engine oil topped off. I was immediately greeted, given a complimentary water, received a complimentary tire air pressure fill up and windshield clean. The service was so quick and effortless. Julian was the professional who assisted me and did a great job! Very positive customer experience.

Accidentally showed up 10 minutes before they opened and they went ahead and opened the bay doors for me. Julian was super friendly! I always go to Take5 for oil changes!

Terrible Experience – Go Anywhere Else! I took my car to Take 5 for a simple oil change, and it turned into an absolute nightmare. After recommending that I also get a coolant exchange and a filter change, the manager had the technician redo the coolant exchange “just to be sure.” I didn’t think much of it at the time, but after I got home, I noticed my car was leaking coolant. Three days later, I decided to take it back, but on my way, I got stranded on the access road because my car completely broke down. Now, my car has been stuck in the shop for over a week while they “investigate” whether I’m at fault or they are. To make matters worse, they didn’t even offer me a rental vehicle during this time. If you value your car and peace of mind, do yourself a favor and avoid Take 5 at all costs! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

This was my first visit to the William Cannon location. I was pleasantly surprised when they offered a bottle of water while I wait. That’s the first time an oil change place did that. I was in and out incredibly quick. The two gentleman who were working that morning were polite, funny and professional. I will absolutely be a return customer.

Everyone was friendly and the services were done so quickly. They didn't talk down to me, but they kept me informed. I would definitely go back again and would recommend this place to anyone.
