So glad we switched to Take 5 on Bluebonnet for our oil change. Service was phenomenal and efficient. Kiley took the time to explain everything thoroughly including that the previous shop was using the wrong viscosity oil for our car! I now know more about my car and I know my car will be taken well care of by knowledgeable professionals here. Never going anywhere else. Thank you Take 5!

Was in and out in, I appreciate the speed and the good energy at this shop. Quan took good care of my vehicle and was a pleasant gentleman. Will be back soon. I love that take 5 offers a “top off”policy at 3k miles for free and up to 2 quarts of oil if needed for free long as I am back by the sticker mileage. THANK YOUUU TAKE 5. Kiley the shop manager is phenomenal and Josh he’s definitely the guy and with a nice smile.

The crew (Kevin, Josh, and Colin) that worked today were so helpful and polite. They immediately greeted me with a smile and a bottle of water. They seemed very knowledgeable about my vehicle oil and air filter maintenance requirements. They showed me the different filters and what they recommend that I replace. I even received a $10 discount on my service. The service was quick. Highly recommend.

CHECK THE RECEIPT!!! Changed my oil but didn't add my student discount and charged me an extra $10 that was labeled “donations”. Who am i donating to? They didn’t ask me if I wanted to nor did I consent to that.

I went to Take 5 Oil Change on 10/22 at 4:30 p.m. There were 4 people working and all were courteous, helpful, and efficient. They cleaned my windshield too and not all do that. Great customer service!!

My experience was a 5 star rating! Sales Technician Elijah Dorsey , did an amazing job. I drove over there because I was told it had the sale , though when I got there I was told it didn’t have the sale. Elijah was kind and show great customer service. He cared for my need and went above and beyond and got me a discount. I’m very thankful. To the manager in charge please give good recognition to your team member Elijah. If a raise is on the rise for him I believe he well deserves it. Thanks for providing me with expectational service! I’m will be a loyal customer only coming to y'all location.

Ive been going to the bluebonnet @ perkins location for 4 years but its gone down hill completely, no longer willing to take my vehicles there. The crews are nice but other than that they halfass everything, they pretend to check your tires, fluids, filters and just pencil whip the sheet saying they did so, they dont even care to take your milage down. The icing on the cake was when they handed me a sheet to tell them which oil change id prefer and it was completely in spanish, i asked if they had anything in english and they said thats all they have. If you visit here make sure you double check everything they touched because they are giving it minimal attention and just checking the boxes to make it seem like they did a good job in under 5 minutes but youll be in the bay 20 minutes minimum wondering if they even did what you paid for.

What I thought would be a quick oil change was not!! It took almost an hour for my simple oil change, and 5 minutes after I left, I got a phone call saying that oil was leaking from my car and I had to go back. When I went back I had to wait some more, and then the guys poured in at least an extra gallon of oil. Not good! Could have ruined my car. Thank god I answered the phone. So much for a 5 minute oil change. I asked if they could do something to compensate me for their mistake, and they laughed and said they called me. That was taking care of me. Unacceptable!!!
