Great customer service. Quick and thorough as promised but the price?!?! (my fault for not checking first)... $146 for -very liberally - $40 oil and filter. That's $1200/hr labor rate! 😂. No complaints, definitely 5 stars for customer service and convenience.

Both girls were very nice and I loved the fact it was women which was a different experience. I had my son in the car n they gave him fruit snacks which made his day. They were very professional and I definitely found my new oil girls. They definitely need a raise r a higher position.

I was delighted Tuesday morning 12/17/2024, when I stopped by 5 min oil change on College Drive to be greeted by an all girl crew..Dyniesha and her crew were professional, efficient and friendly. The techs at Take 5 did a fantastic job on College Blvd in Baton Rouge. They changed my oil and showed me how to reset my display panel on my SUV to show that the oil change had been done.

They broke the housing on my oil filter and a week later all the oil drained out of my car. Luckily I noticed. When I brought it back the manager said it was impossible to over tighten the plastic housing and crack it. Yea, ok. Absolutely will not take responsibility for a mistake that is clearly theirs as I never had single problem before this oil change. But she told me she would gladly replace the part after I went and bought it. Dealer only part so I took a week. A week which I could not drive my car. Brought it just now and she was rude as rude could possibly be, even told the other workers not to speak to me and just get my car out of there. Most unprofessional and rediculous customer service I have ever seen. The lady on the side of me got her hood latch broken while I was there also. Do not go there!!!

This was the first time I used take 5 Tomas was very nice and treated me with respect He also was able to offer the coupon that I was unable to open on my phone and it was fast and I felt very safe being not from the area the only thing was they did not have my air filter but Tomas offered to put it in when I went to get it unfortunately I was not able to find it no one had it in stocks Thank you Tomas for The great service Alice jablonsky
