All the guys played a part in servicing my vehicle. I received an oil change and coolant change. Some of the guys learned how to service the coolant and were patient in properly draining and filling the tank. They all had a good disposition even the always “hungry”. one 😂. They really showed how teamwork makes the dream work. This is my go to place for all my car needs.

DO NOT USE TAKE 5. My wife always brought her car to a place where she would have to wait 30 minutes or so on an oil change and I told her she needed to try Take 5 they are supposed to be 10 minutes and you just sit in the car. We go to this Take 5 and there was a car in each of the 3 bays. Three people were working and we arrived at 9:31 am cars came after us and left after attendant went and talked to them. The car in front of us had a female in it the attendant seemed to enjoy upselling and flirting with. He leaned in her car chatting and laughing with for almost 10 minutes. We were pulled into a bay at 10:11 40 minutes after arriving. They begin working on one of the other cars that were in the bays when we pulled up. I had thought someone had left them but people were in them. They stood around trying to upsell the next car and taking pictures of each other when they did. They finally started my car and we pulled out of there at 10:51 am and $107.00 later. An hour and 20 minutes for a 10 minute oil change. Needless to say my wife’s oil change establishment wins the business from now on. Better service and better price. Do not use take 5

If you care to look back at any of my other Google reviews, you’ll notice I’ve only ever left 5 star reviews to locally owned businesses I love. I have never before felt compelled to leave a negative review of a business until now. The short version: I tried to use a coupon Take 5 emailed me for $25 off an oil change. The store’s scanners wouldn’t work, and the employees were unable to type the coupon in manually. I was told I’d need to pay the full amount. I asked to speak to a manager and was informed I was speaking to the manager and that he couldn’t help me. The “manager” was extremely irritable, rude, unhelpful, and at some point threatened to call the cops on me if I didn’t pay. I wasn’t refusing to pay, to be clear, just hoping to use the coupon I had and wanted help troubleshooting. I eventually, while still at the shop, called the corporate customer service number. They issued me a new coupon that worked, but not after the “manager” loudly complained about me to another customer. I am always patient, kind and courteous when receiving any service. I understand how frustrating it is to have to do your job with faulty equipment, and I said as much to the employees. However, I’ve never been told “there’s nothing we can do” when the problem lies with the company, not the customer. It was a first for me. Following that experience, I called to filed a formal complaint with the Take 5 corporate office. It took two weeks of checking up before I spoke to anyone with authority. Today, I got a call from a regional/district manager who expressed genuine remorse and sounded appalled when I relayed this story to him. He also didn’t seem surprised. I was told recently the manager at this location was fired, along with several other employees, and that the remaining employees were moved for training purposes. Direct quote from the manager: “Customer service has been missing from this region for a long time.” I was waiting to share this review until I heard from Take 5 and gave them the opportunity to resolve my issue. I hope whatever restructuring they do helps to ensure this experience never happens to anyone again. As for me, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

The guys are always very accommodating. Give u water if u want it, check ur wiper blades, check the windshield fluid, and always ask if my cabin filter needs changing. And they thank me when I leave.

This place is just as pathetic as their location in Denham Springs. They have a call center who is supposed to connect you with each facility. However, none of them actually pick up. Don't even start me on how rude the call center lady was. It's insane they claimed they don't have oil filters for cars from 2023 and 2024. My car isn't brand new. This place is just absurd and clearly doesn't want my business.

I frequent this location when the oil chage is due bc of the service. The only issue is they offer 25% discount to veterans but the prices have increased. Please work on that.

I was a little disappointed in the service and staff for the first time in 8 years they were out of everything why are you an oil company and out of the 5W oil?? I had to ask for a tire check and windshield wipe

Staff was nice, but they told me I needed a new air filter, then didn’t have mine in stock. They also checked the air in my tires then forgot to put one of my valve caps back on. Definitely caused me an inconvenience!

Make sure they put oil in your vehicle after an "oil change." My friend had his done there and they didn't put oil back in his truck, tore his engine up. Expensive truck. They didn't own up to it. Be careful everybody.

It was my first time at Take 5 and I was impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable staff. This was/is a big deal because I took my recently purchased car for its first oil change. They answered all of my questions and concerns. UPDATE: Made it to Take 5 for my second oil change and really appreciated all the great service. Kudos to Daryl and Dell! 5-star service! Thanks!

I’ve been to this location on many occasions. My previous experiences were about as good an experience as one could have getting an oil change. This last time was not good.
