Everything seemed OK till I opened my hood after I left to check and my oil fill cap was loose. Who puts the fill cap on And doesn't tighten it?? 🤔

LOVE THIS PLACE! Very respectful ppl. Especially the new manager Christian that was of much service! Definitely taking my vehicle back to these ppl. Places now a days worry me but I know that myself and my vehicle was taken care of 1k percent!

Be aware of what they are charging you for and the amount. They spent 10 minutes arguing with me over a price for a service one employee gave me versus the employee that presented the bill. He went as far as saying it wasn’t his problem that I was given the incorrect price. They have a serious problem with simple math. Do not go to this location, do not go to this location Never been to service supplier with such an attitude and certainly won’t return I am now searching for their competitors for oil change service

There seems to be a trend with these places. The call centers are incompetent. They can't connect you to the right people. They won't give you a price for the proper information. The actual locations don't pick up. One of them said that they don't have oil filters for cars from 2023 and 2024. That's absurd. This is the third location who has done this bullshit. I will never do business with these people again.

Had my oil changed 10/3. The manager was so polite and helpful checked everything on my Durango. Didn’t force anything advised me all was good. Tony did an excellent job and was so polite. Highly recommended.
