There seems to be a trend with these places. The call centers are incompetent. They can't connect you to the right people. They won't give you a price for the proper information. The actual locations don't pick up. One of them said that they don't have oil filters for cars from 2023 and 2024. That's absurd. This is the third location who has done this bullshit. I will never do business with these people again.

This location has had several mangers and employees in the last few months but still they have excellent service. This location needs more employees corporate please help them.

Best Take5 location I’ve ever been to! Took a chance after a friend recommended them recently! Reagan and Christian were very knowledgeable about the services, and answered every question I had! Won’t be going anywhere else! The wait is a little long, but worth it when it comes to the care of vehicles, and they show that sometimes it’s best not to “Take5” literally!

Christian was rude! Wanted me to pay before services were rendered. They closed my hood to send me on my way. I asked for manager because they didnt fill up any fluids or add air to tires. Marked everything N/A. Then manager was supposed to send me a coupon never did.

Excellent service. So much better than my other Take5 experience. Regan was awesome. got to me in a timely manner and out I went without any hiccups.

Had my oil changed 10/3. The manager was so polite and helpful checked everything on my Durango. Didn’t force anything advised me all was good. Tony did an excellent job and was so polite. Highly recommended.

Went here for my first time today it was a pleasure. Oil change was fast and convenient and the service rep was really friendly. I’m pretty sure her name was Reagan if I remember correctly. I drive over 100 miles a day and could use a reliable place for my oil changes and ‘tune-ups’. I think I might’ve found it! I plan on coming back.

First time using Take 5 on Oneal. Nice staff, but after the oil change on my 2023 Nissan Rogue it started running rough. Oil light came on. Now I have to take it to Nissan anyway to see what happened. :(

I want to get primium oil change but they said they out so I have get synthetic for $121include tax (I got $25 coupon so I paid $96) They took me obout 50 minutes from start to finish. I pay them credit card they said credit cards machine not working(It’s not true) I have go to ATM to get cash.(This is second times. Last time couple years ago)when I ask for receipt they gave me receipt without amount I paid. He wants to steal money from owne.I went home and find out they removed skid plate on the bottom to change oil filter but when they put it back on they didn’t use my original bolts(5 bolts)They use zip ties for skid plate.it’s terrible. I came back after couple hours to see manager she fix it for me. Never come back again.

I went in on 8/22/24 at the O’Neal location and Regan was there alone she worked her butt off and got me in an out with a wait time I understood cause she was there alone and had several cars to complete. Why wasn’t someone called in from another store to help her. Service was great but don’t leave people hanging

Reagan was amazing! They were super busy and it was her and a trainee and they were still so polite and doing their best to do things as quickly as possible.

This was my second visit to Take 5. Customer service was exceptional just like my first visit. Everyone there was very friendly, happy, and professional. I’ve had my truck for three years now and every single oil change was done at the dealership. I took a chance on Take 5 and I have zero regrets.
