I’m honestly usually a little worried to go to places like this as a woman because you never know if somebody is going to try to overcharge you… But I was extremely pleasantly surprised with the way the two men that helped me explained the pricing to me and we’re very professional and nice. Junius Hood and Jamaryon Pit Where extremely helpful, kind, and professional throughout my entire experience with them. They offered coolant because I was low and also to help me with my windshield wipers because they needed to be changed They also were very energetic and happy to help with anything I needed. They were really awesome and I would recommend going there for sure!

Never going back to a take 5. The techs were great BUT it cost 2x as much as any other oil change I’ve ever had. They charged 125 for a service other service stations charge 70 for. When I asked why it was such a huge up charge the cashier had no reason just seemed baffled.

Wonderful service. Satisfied. The onsite employees go thru a checklist to make sure stuff done correctly. Also after owning this vehicle for 4 years, I think I finally found windshield wipers that don’t make noises when operating in low rain conditions.

A staff was very knowledgeable and gave me all of the proper points and tips for my vehicle. Me being a woman I feel that they were fair and we're not trying to mislead me in any way. The gentleman had me in and out of there in no time. Thanks again Take 5 !!!. I highly recommend this place. ☺️

Advised the technician that I was military retired and showed him my military ID and they negated to give me my 25% off of the final cost. Kind of disheartening that they overlooked this even after I pointed it out during the reception part.

The first gentleman that approached me was very nice asked if I wanted a water told me it would be a few minutes. He did majority of the work on changing my oil. The second guy was a bit rude and obviously wasn’t in the best moods and I get things happen. He pulled my air filter out and tried to upsell me to get a new one. When I told him it was fine he proceeded to throw my air filter out and I had to once again tell him no my air filter is fine and to put it back. He then proceeded to tell me quite rudely well it’s very bad and needs to be replaced. My air filter was slightly dirty and it was fine. I get things happen and people don’t always have the best days, but it’s not an excuse to treat people like they’re stupid and don’t know anything. The only reason I’m giving a two star is because the other gentleman was nice and did his job without a scowl on his face.

The service was great! The workers were very attentive. The guys were very thorough. Once they actually began “working” on my car, the service took a bit more than “5 min”, but that’s really ok because if they rush to be done in 5 min who knows what they may miss or mess up, right? They ONLY reason I am giving 4/5 stars is because when I drove up I was immediately directed to bay 3 (or bay 1, depending on which way they count) and asked to turn of the engine. I sat there for about 12 min before service on my car actually began. They were also working on 2 other cars that arrived moments ahead of me. In all, just a little better time management for these guys and they could’ve easily cut my visit time in half. In their defense, however, this is a brand new store and I’m sure there are kinks to work out, including training new employees. Who knows, next time I may give you a 5/5!
