This was my first time ever going to Take5, after avoiding this awfully reviewed Jiffy Lube closer to my house. I pulled up, the place looked clean, well-kept and maintained, and the staff was able to go ahead and pull me into the 3rd bay. This shows that the staff is well-trained to position cars effeciently, and doesn't demonstrate noticeable laziness. They did an oil change as requested, gave me several options to choose from, recommended premium services to maintain the health of my vehicle, and were very quick and transparent with pricing. I wasn't expecting this, but they also cleaned my front windshield and topped off all of my tires. The specialist also informed me that I could receive a top-off of my oil and tires until the next oil change for free. I also liked the sign when you pull away, "Honk if you received great service." That's a small effort to give customers the opportunity to quickly boost team morale and motivation on the spot. Great place and great staff. I'll be back. :)

Been a loyal customer for years. Always paying full price, I knew I was overpaying, but loved the convenience. Recently I received a 50% off coupon and thought, what a great deal. So I waited in line for a VERY long time and figured it must be because lots of people got this coupon. When it was finally my turn, they said it was not valid on my car because they'll only put synthetic oil in my car (2017 Chevrolet Traverse). I thought for a moment, and realized, they know what car I drive, what kind of oil I've used on previous oil changes, and sent a bait and switch coupon. I told him never mind, I'd change it myself. Then instead of closing my hood and letting me leave, he proceeded to type on the computer for a solid two minutes. Halfway through, I asked him if he could close my hood so I could leave. He said he had to finish typing first. A minute later he turned around and closed my hood and walked away without saying a word. I'm getting ready to change my own oil. I half-expect the filter to be super tight and he was waiting so his coworker could tighten it super tight just to be petty. Sending a bait and switch coupon in the mail lost you a lifelong customer, head of household with 5 cars.

Gabe and his team took care of me quickly and made me feel like they cared. My car is older, but every time I leave it feels like a new one. They make sure all my fluids are topped off, tires are full and they show me where my oil is.

It was my first time going to Take 5 and I had a great experience! The manager, Gabriel, took care of me going above and beyond to ensure I had a great service. Considering I went on a Saturday, the services I received took no time to complete and the prices were fair. If you’re in need of an oil change or other basic services, please pay them a visit. You won’t regret it.

I went to get a oil change October 29.2024 I do drive a2022 Honda accord worker was more looking at my dog and my car like we not supposed to be in it on top of didn’t put no oil in my car my light has jump on two time In A row like last week now this week I’m only driving in Charlotte and I’m not driving enough for my car to be doing this on top of I’ve been calling no communication I’ve been recording all I ask for is business why make me a enemie out of your own decisions when it was a choice to get the job why do business like this to me is very unsatisfying and not fair

Recently had an oil change. I checked the oil level after letting the car sit for several hours and the level was not full. I go back and the tech try’s to tell me that alittle burnt off. He must of thought I was stupid. The tech tops off the oil. I get home to check under the hood and this time around they didn’t put the oil cap back on(oil every where). I called them back to make a complaint and they offered me 50% off coupon on my next oil change. That will never happen again. Let’s see if the manager calls back. DONT GO HERE!
