Excellent experience! The guys who work there are always providing excellent service! The moment I pull up they provided me water and checked my windshield fluids if it is low and if it is they topped it for me. Made sure I knew how to reset my oil change in my car, and overall my experience made me feel good to spend my hard earned money here.

Don’t believe everything they say. I asked them to fill my tires up and they said they did. My jeep has tire pressure sensors though, and I told them that the pressure did not change at all. They assured me it would go up after driving home. When I got home, I pulled out my own tire pressure machine, and the pressures were as low as when I went to this place, sitting around 28 PSI. Fortunate that I had my own machine to do it. This practice brings into question their other services, and if they’re actually doing what they tell you. Could be giving you basic oil instead of advanced synthetic. Wouldn’t recommend going here.

Dyshawn and Antonio are currently working on my vehicle but I did not want to go without leaving this review! They truly gave me a top of the line service. I hate getting my oil changed but they made this experience phenomenal. They, along with the rest of their team, were personable and truly worked as a team to ensure that all vehicles in queue were informed and satisfied with their exemplary performance. I’m sad that they’re leaving but I guess I’ll just have to drive out to the Take 5 at Concord Mills to get my car serviced from now on.

The best experience I've had at one of these kinds of establishments. I came in for an oil change. One of the guys brought me and my nephew snacks and a bottle of water. They alerted me that my car had never had a coolant flush (on record). I quickly googled it to see if it was a legitimate concern and it was, so I agreed to the additional service. I let him know I was in a hurry as I had a 10 hour drive home. He said no worries it'd take five minutes and he was right. Great, friendly, and honest service.

Decided to go to this location on Sunset bc it was around the corner from my job. I will admit Vinny, Mr. Ron, and Luis were top notch. The customer service was refreshing and their teamwork was on point. Thank you all for a great experience. I will definitely be back. 😁

I was a little disappointed in tire levels. Air was put in tires, the pressures were different. I was told it would level out as I drive . It hasn’t leveled yet. I have 3 different tire pressure’s. And didn’t clean windshield either. Adding the oil seem to have been done Ok.

My first time going to a 5 Oil Change. More than I usually pay but the looked at filters that I did not know existed and they were FILTHY! I will go back because Dyshawn delivered great customer service.

Always great service but last visit I had to reclean my car due to all the oily hand prints and fingerprints. Didn’t notice until I got back home. Looked like four different people touched the car. Very very noticeable and should have been wiped off.

Ron and his team at the Take 5 on Sunset Rd did an incredible job getting me in and out with full service and inspection. Their customer service was spectacular and even though it costs a little more, the excellent service has brought me back time and again. I know that I will always get the best service, quickly and efficiently. They really make you feel like family there.

They worked on Fiancé’s suv and cracked the windshield.They sent her to some cheap glass replacement shop. It has not even been a year, it’s cracked again.

Today was my first time at this place of business and I can truly say that it was a pleasure. The courtesy and hospitality began with my interaction with Ron who answered my call and explained the process, including pricing. DyShawn and Curry were the persons who had direct contact with me and my car and their customer service was exceptional. I was given an opportunity to ask questions and given explanations of the services to be provided. They also were professional and very pleasant, and the fast service was greatly appreciated.
