Elidon and Anthony did a great job. I was in and out in a short time and all of the work was done well. They made several solid service recommendations and treated me and my vehicle respectfully. They even gave me a free bottle of water when I pulled up! I recommend this location to everyone.

Great place! I've been to this company's different service centers in different states about ten times. This place was the best. The service is top!! I've never been treated like this anywhere! I highly recommend it and I assure you that you will be satisfied👍🏻

The gentleman that work at this location are fantastic. I take both of my cars there for oil changes. They never pressure you into any buying anything extra and do a great job of explaining what they are doing and why.

I had my oil changed, coolant flushed, and cabin filter replaced along with my fluids topped off within 20 minutes of my hood being popped. Doni was helpful and informative.

Anthony D and his manager are attentive and on their A game. It took less time to get my oil changed than to get my blood work done today. The best oil change I’ve found. If you are near Belmont Cragin or Portage Park go now. Highly recommended!

Anthony was terrific, he went over the different options available as I had a coupon and wanted the best deal but also good quality. He showed me the filters which definitely needed replacing and showed me how to reset the notifications on my vehicle. I really appreciate his time and attention to make sure I was satisfied with the service. I will definitely come back!

Doni took care of me and it was a great experience, per usual. I’ve been once before and I love how they walk you through everything and never make you feel stupid for not knowing something that might be going on with your car. I got my oil changed, new wipers, and an air filter change—all which o my took about 20 minutes. HIGHLY recommend, especially if you’re nervous about car service places :)

First time coming here and I left with knowledge that I had an oil leakage. Huge thanks to Doni Trey and Chris for being very respectful and informational about what was going on and suggesting I receive a check up. They did my tires and fluid without any cost, and even gave me a 20% coupon for my next visit! Very satisfied and will come here after my checkup.

Got an email from Take 5 offering me a discount on any oil change. When i showed it to the manager he said the only way he would honor it is if I got a coolant flush ($100+) he was very unpleasant and passive aggressive. Then told me "I just work here" when I started to ask why the coolant flush wasn't mentioned in the email. He also mentioned I had a major oil leak which my mechanic confirmed wasn't the case. I will never go back to this establishment, especially because of the negative vibe and unpleasantness this "manager, that just works there" exhibited during my entire experience. Please do better.
