As usual, I received excellent, efficient, and exceptionally polite customer service from the boys at Take Five. Juan, Juan, and Carlos covered all the bases, including tire inflation, cleaning my windshield, checking filters, showing me both the “before” oil dipstick and the after. I always appreciate the free bottle of water, (particularly in summer,) as well as the fact that they never try to upsell me anything that I don’t need. Great job!

First time here to change my Hyundai Kona oil. I received excellent service. Sam, the store manager, was super attentive and helpful. They recommended add ons but were not too pushy about it. 10/10 customer service. I will be back!

Anthony, Trayvon, and Juan had great customer service. This is the first time someone even tried to change my cabin air filter as it's a pain to get to in this vehicle. Another company had replaced my oil plug with a different one and they are the only reason I knew about it. Take 5 went above and beyond and it seems to be the standard here. Absolutely recommend!!!

Came in because I was severely overdue for an oil change. Dony, Chris, and Anthony were fantastic and accommodating. They were able to give me a full synthetic oil change and a coolant flush for under 200 dollars. I highly recommend this location of Take 5 Oil.

I highly recommend everyone to come to Take 5 Oil Change on belmont for service. Being open on sundays with no appointment needed is great since not alot of other places are open sundays. The technicians that assisted me was Joseph and Travian who both are very professional and informative on explaining your vehicles status. They definetly deserve a raise and are a prime example of AMAZING customer service. Thank you 😊

Brought my car in here for an oil change and left with an oil pressure light, car turning off, and an engine light. The manager said there was nothing he could do and took no responsibility. I took it to a local mechanic, and they charged me $1,400 to get it fixed. Never again am I taking my car here. Not so much as to offer to pay the repair bill!
