First time visiting, it was very time consuming experience. Over 40 mins just waiting in the bay. Waiting for service agent to finish one car. Total staff 2 , working on one vehicle Ridiculous!

I was there over 40 minutes after I got in building. 3 on duty I think 2 were being trained. They were all very nice but it was really slow with 2 doing alot of standing around as 1 guy did most of the work.

Classic bait and switch tell you one price on phone and dangle a coupon in front of your nose and then you get there they jack price up so high that even qith the coupon it is more expensive than competitors scammers why can't we just be told the truth and let us decide based on the facts. This is one place who's business practices should be looked at by the attorney generals office.

Not friendly from a few of the staff. Not familiar with my vehicle. Needed my assistance in locating my oil filter. Staff not making eye contact while talking to me. It's like they didn't want my business.

Andrew is awesome and very knowledgeable and Dakota is super nice also knowledgeable and the best customer service I've experienced at a oil change place in years period, I'm coming back to get my oil changed every time!!!

Tried for the first time, the service was alright, was done fairly quickly though. Wish they were more upfront about fees, I paid 28 more than my quote. Just gonna stick with Valvaline

Went once previously with a 25 dollar coupon and had a quick and great experience so went back this time but not so great. Only discount was 7 dollars which made the oil change far more expensive than the competitors and their coupons. The guy forgot to fill the tires and then we mentioned that the car said they were not filled enough. Once we left we had to come back because the low tire light remained on. Overall not a great experience and one we would not be willing to pay a premium for over competitors who offer a similar experience but cheaper
