My wife and I were in town at College Station, Texas when the oil change light came on our 2017 Civic. Using GPS we found a 5 minute oil change off Texas Avenue. It took us 10 minutes to get into the Stall after another few minutes, the technician proceeded to do the necessary oil change. To Begin, there was a 25% discount for veterans or active duty military which I appreciated. We had the oil changed and checked and filled all the fluids. All of which did not take any more than about 15 minutes. They filled all of the fluids, put windshield cleaner in my windshield wipers and changed the air filters. One air filter under and inside the dashboard, of which I did not even know existed. The technicians are polite and very professional. The whole process cost me $162. This was much much more than Walmart would have charged. However, the professionalism and quality of their work was well worth it. If you’re looking for a well done job that covers not just those things you know you need. Plus, even those things you don’t even know about… such as air filters and fluids. Go to Take 5 Oil Change. All of the gentlemen are very nice, polite and kind. Service is top tier and fast and efficient. They give you options, don’t push you to purchase more than you came for, show you facts and give reasons behind why they suggest things. Price isn’t bad either. There are different “tiers” - such as I was given three options for my oil. Love going there.

Do NOT take your car here. I am a female college student & they completely took advantage of me. I went to get my oil changed yesterday and they first tried to charge me for a fuel filter change ($30). Once I passed, they said my coolant needed to be flushed. I passed again, but then Jeremy (who was working on my car) proceeded to say that my coolant levels were so low that my car would overheat at any second and that issue was a lot more expensive then what they could offer ($130 coolant flush). I then got very scared, and said I was going to the dealership later in the week. Jeremy said my car wouldn't make it till then and I really needed this service. Again, I passed. Fast forward to my dealership the next day: they barely topped off my coolant and said that I wouldn't need a coolant flush for a couple more years. SO disappointing. What a scam.

Tell you what all the guys new thier business. Knowledgeable. I got there late in the day, so there was a line. But liquidity split. It was my turn. As I watched, I realized this was a good, strong team, working in sync together. I just moved here, but this is my go-to for oil change!

Thank you to Jonny and Damian shop 109! Both were very helpful and made sure to suggest things without forcing it upon me! One of them also mentioned a place for me to go for extra work bc he was concerned about my tires and I really appreciated that. The services they provided for me was quick and they did a great job, thank you again!

Well, let’s just say it wasn’t 5 minutes. I did an oil change a couple hours away from home and wanted to take advantage of the advertised military discount. The guy asked me for my ID and I provided it, and he still didn’t give me the discount. I asked him about it and he told me management was not available to fix the issue and for me to come back another day. I live 2 hours away, can’t make that trip for it. Usually I wouldn’t say anything and forget about it, but when it’s widely advertised, you’d expect them to honor it.

Waited much longer then normal. Guys were talking a lot. I had to asked for my window sticker, to reset the oil light and asked for air when they normally check the pressure without you asking. A front light was out they didn't check or mention anything. Not as great as they used to be

Tried to upcharge me on everything. New cabin filters, even tried to tell me I needed my coolant flushed and showed me the tester, but the model said my coolant was perfect according to the literal instructions on the model. All because I was a girl in college.

I just now got all of my vehicles done with their policies with my local dealership and have always gone with my friend to get her oil changed done at take five. They will be the only place I use because they honor the military and give us a slight discount that we have frankly earned. The staff is always nice and the guys are Quick and helpful

The guy changing my oil, i asked him to top off my washer fluid and he lied saying he did, so when i checked my washer fluid he didn't do it. Never lie at your customers. Bad business!!!

Took my wife’s car here just the other day to get an oil change. The gentleman named Christopher who informed me of all the different services needing to be done was very polite and offered the best customer service I’ve received at a Take 5. Along with the oil change being one of the best oil changes I’ve received from these places as far as letting me know everything is being done properly as well as getting it done in a timely manner, I will be sure to take my vehicle to this location anytime I am needing a oil change or small vehicle services!

We sat for a 10 minutes before we ever talked to a person. I know they where busy. Once we drove in the the garage things changed. Everyone was friendly, curious, and efficient. Was a nice experience. Well done gentlemen.

My friend did a coolant flush and they completely messed up his coolant system, his coolant and oil leaks and now he has to take it to the mechanic to get it fixed. Very bad service won’t be going again
