Overall happy with the service. The technicians did seem to struggle with the skid plate on my Tacoma which concerned me a little as a previous reviewer mentioned that their skid plate came off soon after leaving. I'm keeping an eye on it and will crawl under the truck to make sure all bolts were replaced. They also were going to adjust the air in my tires and then they forgot.

The whole team and staff at Take 5 Oil Change were great and professional. I take all my personal and business vehicles there and have never had an issue or bad experience. Keep up the GREAT work!

Best oil service place ever! Went in for the free top off they suggested last time a had an oil change here a couple months ago. Bryan and Isaiah, along with the whole crew were extremely friendly and professional making sure my vehicle was topped off on all fluids and air and offered me a water. Always fast and friendly service at this location, I will definitely be a regular customer at this take 5! Thank you!

It was probably closer to 10 minutes, but let's be honest, when's the last time you were in and out of an oil change in 10 minutes? Probably never. This is the only place I'm going to from now on, for as long as I'm in the Springs.

Take gets five stars from me! Always professional and kind. Offers a water upon arrival along with the norms top fluids, check tires and resets plus and a sticker before you leave. Quick efficient (love staying in my car) and they do let you know about your filters and add ons without the haggle. Highly recommend

The crew was great, efficient, and helpful. Easy to talk to and they worked well together as your window is open while they change your oil. My first time I’ve done this type of oil change and was very impressed . Was so great to get this off my list and they were thorough and communicative the whole time. Thx ! Will be returning!

Billy and Brian were great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. This place is GREAT if you have to bring the kids with you, don’t even have to get out of the car. MUCH better than having to sit in a dirty waiting area

Service was awesome. Greeted with lovely pleasant guy who cleaned off my car. Just had a major snow storm then offer some Walter. Everything was taken care of within a half hour Than you gentleman.

I waited a bit to be serviced even though I was pulled in to the garage right away but, no big deal. I don’t mind waiting. I like the convenience of staying in your car, but I don’t appreciate that the employees think women don’t know anything about cars. Told me I NEEDED synthetic ($30 more) when I know I really don’t. I understand it’s recommended, but they told me it was absolutely necessary, and I don’t like this kind of dishonestly and lack of integrity so I won’t be back. Auto body shops need to know better than to assume women don’t understand vehicle maintenance. Maybe the men will have better luck here, but if you’re a woman make sure you know exactly what you need before going or they’ll prey on your wallet and your ignorance.

My grandfather went in for an oil change today and he said they were fantastic. The gentleman who helped him was from Philadelphia and though he does not remember his name off hand he said he did a fantastic job. He said whenever we need another oil change we are going here as they were quick and they are pretty close to where we live.
