Very good customer service. I really recommend the service specially because the work till 8pm which is perfect for who works in business hours and can't go earlier for oil change.

Was there for an hour. There was one car in the pit when I arrived. Had a $20 off coupon, gave to the staff and they didn’t apply it. Only 1 of the 3 employees was working on the cars while one walked around and one was on the computer and his phone

All I can say is I was thoroughly impressed by the GIRL POWER they had going on the day I came for my oil change . quick annd efficient oil change handled by 3 ladies !! I must say this is the first time EVER that I’ve had techs be honest and not try to upsell me on something I do not need … I have already started spreading the word about this place and how impressed I was by the service I recieved ! Keep up the great work #GIRLSrock ❤️❤️

They don't have a qualified staff at the moment they don't even know how to change a filter They took out all my oil and then said they couldn't change the filter

I was hesitant to wait because there were 2 cars ahead of me in each bay. I did wait and I'm glad I did. Great crew currently at this location. Sean stuck out to me the most. He was very professional, personable, and kind. They were quick and efficient.

Take 5 has superior service verses Valvolone.Take 5 staff were detail oriented. They found and quickly serviced items that were damaged, missing, or not properly reinstalled due to Valentines business philosophy. At Valvoline, I always felt the Staff were over burdened and unnecessarily hurried in their attempt to get vehicles in and out as quickly as possible. I perfer the scheduled appointments at Take 5. The appointment allows Take 5 staff time to properly and professional service your vehicle. The staff at Take 5 completed the service on my vehicle in a timely and professional manner.The cost to service my vehicle at Take 5 was similar to other quick Oil Change businesses. Sorry Valvoline, I have found a new provider to service my vehicle. M. R.
