The Technician was not attentive to his responsibilities and sent me down the road without any oil in my car. I was stranded waiting for their GM to respond to my location. Even though the GM brought oil to my location, I missed out on my work Opportunities which led to significant loss of daily revenue! I paid $115.00 for incompetence and a near miss of destroying my 2023 Jeep!. The GM apologized but did nothing for compensation! SMH! Anthony

They say that your oil change comes with free level checks and top-offs. But every time I come in for a level check/top-off they tell me that my oil level is "acceptable" without ever asking me how far I'm traveling. The truth of the matter is my oil level has been below the F line on the meter stick and they just tell me its okay and stick it back in. I have been due a top-off for my past 3 visits and the most major thing that has happened is that one location realized the other ones weren't following state protocols by not updating my computer records with my name and address even though I had been giving them my drivers license and also my name and address verbally every single time This specific location on high street took the time to acknowledge me as a return customer, but then they said I was "mean" the first time through The young Assistant Manager was probably just personally feeling fresh that day, but it does allude to the entire accountability and professionalism of the business. I reminded him that the first time we interacted, he had told me that he was out of regular oil for my oil change and that I Had to pay 89.99 for the premium oil that day I congratulated him on his promotion since., personally. I took my Audi A3 to change the oil , I brought the air filter and the oil filter with me. The guy said to me a paragraph of words which I never understood , then told me clearly that they don't change oil with the filters provided !!!!!...I am sure 1000000% they don't have the filters for Audi A3 TDI because I spent the entire day looking for them in Columbus, from a store to another

The literal most annoying and aggressively misogynistic mechanic experience I’ve ever had. He was on a mission to be max condescending from the moment I drove up. At least my oil got changed, I guess (2nd star)
