The manager was a great at pointing out what Valvoline should have done.My jeep was in horrible condition due to negligence. Thanks again Take 5 for saving me and my jeep.

The young men working (2 African Americans in a predominately Caucasian neighborhood) well very attentive, thorough and high vibrational employees. I was very pleased with their service and the alternative depiction that they displayed for young black men

Had a coupon for an oil change. It was early morning since I was trying to get it done before work. Well it is a few months later and I went to get the oil changed again and the guy over tightened the filter. I now have to go to the dealership and get it removed. Will never go to any Take 5 ever again. I would change my oil myself if I could but the place I live doesn't allow for work to be done in the parking lot and renting a space would far exceed the cost of even going to the dealership (dealership full synthetic oil change is about the same as any of the quick service places BTW depending on make.) Overtightening a filter is just idiocy. There is no reason to do it.

Just had a horrible experience with this take five I have been coming here before and had my oil changed and this time I pulled in and the text were trying to go across the street to get some food I guess when they saw me and they had to turn around and come back now all of a sudden because my grill is broken they're not allowed to do my oil change even though there's a take five reminders sticker on my windshield from the last time I was here I was a loyal customer but not anymore.

Just left Osu after giving birth, newborn in the back crying. Came to get a oil change because my car was making a loud clicking sound when I started it and I was afraid my car would break down. I was told I needed a flush. I was hesitant at first because I just gave birth and that was all the money I had left. The guy explained that the flush and the oil change would cost $140. Once the service was completed the total came up to $240 and I couldn't get a refund because service was already complete. One service some how turned into two once he was finished. I was scammed out my money just because I'm a women and I don't know about cars. Never received a call back from manager or a refund of the difference I was charged.

They say their oil changes come with free level checks and top offs. I have taken my car in multiple times and they always say the levels are "acceptable" without ever asking me how far i am going. Upon professional review, I have been due for "free" top offs at 3 different take5 locations between Kentucky and Ohio. And all 3 locations failed to fulfill that guarantee by the way of lying

Horrible experience. A worker was working on the car next to mine and he accidently sprayed my car and my face with oil since my window was down. No one came to offer to give me a towel or clean up my car until I asked for it. I asked for any type of discount for what had happened and nothing was provided. I will not be back to Take 5 again based on this experience.

They don't care about your car, let alone your safety. left the air filter of the engine on top of the battery They're a little bit harassing, because I just wanted to know the price first, and they were ready to drain the oil.
