While my oil change went great as always, I felt bad for the employees. It was 23 degrees outside and much less in the service bay. My truck is to long to allow them to close the door behind me. There was no heat in the service bay, and the service techs were freezing. You need to take better care of your employees if you want then to stay.

Went Sunday for an oil change and got top notch service at the one by Walmart here in Crossville. The lady (sorry I forgot her name) kept me up to date on filter changes and since I had gone over on my last oil change she educated me on the optimal use of this change and to not go so long again for my vehicles health. I will keep coming back!!!!
