DON'T GO HERE!! They were sold out of all conventional(economy) oil and didn't even warn anyone that got into line. I waited an hour in line to pull up to the bay and then they told me this. The employee said the cheapest oil I could get was a premium synthetic for $98 and they were annoyed when I told them my car doesn't take that. They drained my oil before confirming the sale and then "topped off" synthetic oil to get me to leave without consulting with me first. What kind of place puts something in your car without asking you if it's okay first?? I think they kept whatever they could of my old oil and mixed it with some new synthetic. When I got home there was oil spilled all over my engine. My windshield was also left with streaks and red marks from them writing all over it when I initially pulled in. This was the worst oil change I've ever gotten.

Super speedy, affordable, and staff was super nice. Will definitely be back. And bonus water while I waited. They also do safety double checks before they let you leave. My go to place for an oil change!!!

These are the most polite and hardworking guys! They have an efficient system in the way they work and speak to customers. They are also focused on the customer’s safety in the garage. And they saved an item for me that I left behind.

an oil change on a Saturday and the line was out into the street however we were greeted promptly and finished within less than an hour. I was very impressed and appreciate all the guys hard work there that day.

I used this location for both oil changes and state inspections and each visit I receive great service. Staff is friendly and explains everything they do and in a way that I can clearly understand. This has been a consistent experience since I have had multiple technicians over my visits. While they recommend options they are not pushy about upselling.

I usually take my car to the dealership but this economy said, where can you cut cost and get excellent customer service. Found it here! Dillon and all the staff were wonderful! If you go here please make sure you check if they actually topped your coolant etc , my car started running hot and jerking after the oil changed when I specifically mention to them that the coolant was low they did not top the fluid so I had to go buy some coolant to save my car from breaking down this doesn't make any sense yall preach about topping people fluids for you guys to not do your job is sad yall will be sued by someone if yall don't start taking better care of people cars . MAKE SURE YALL CHECK THE LEVELS OF ANYTHING THEY SAY THEY WILL TOP OFF !

TLDR: vehicle inspections are the same price everywhere, just go to the dealership or a big box store. Services terrible here. Check some of the recent reviews. No response from Customer Service email either. I have a high number of reviews, so this isn't a fake account. --- I've been going to Take 5 for the past few years to get my vehicle inspection. It has always been friendly. Something has changed. The service is awful this time. From getting greeted to asking a follow up question. I was able to get my inspection done, however, as soon as I pulled out onto the road my TPSI sensor alerted. I pulled up the info screen and one of the sensors was not picking up one of the tires pressure. I pulled around the block and got back in line. After waiting for 10 minutes and a different attendant came out to me since he saw I was back in line again. I let him know about the TPSI sensor and he immediately got super defensive and said that they don't even touch the tires and that they don't even look at the tires. He said they only do a brake check. I asked if it was possible that something was hit or reset when they did the brake check. Again, he got super defensive even though I was being super polite and just asking the question. He went back to the other attendant (Marquise was his name) who completed inspection and I could hear him yelling saying that he didn't even touch the tires. I figured at this point since I had already been in line for a while, I asked if it was something that they work on or look at since it obviously wasn't working. He explained that they only do oil changes and that I would have to go to a tire shop. At this point I figured it wasn't even worth my time to bother trying to figure out what happened with them. I asked really politely if he could refer me to a nearby tire shop. However, again, he was extremely rude. I won't be coming back. For the price of a vehicle inspection which is the same, no matter where you go, I would rather go to the dealership from now on versus supporting a smaller business. And now I have to pay a service or tire shop to look at my TPSI sensor because of this! P.S. The one attendant should really consider getting his teeth looked at or stop whatever is causing the damage. And both attendants need an attitude check. Not everyone in the world is out to get you. Being polite can get you a lot further in life than having a chip on your shoulder . P.S.S.: Texas department of public safety includes a procedure for checking the tires for vehicle inspection! Inspection Procedure: All tires on a vehicle will have proper tread depth of at least 2/32 of an inch and be in safe operating condition. Center high mount stop lamp (red; must be steady-burning when brakes are applied); Passenger cars produced after September 1, 1985 and newer (1986 Model vehicles).

They're rude..long wait times....terrible workmanship....Don't trust the employees, they'll break something on your vehicle and then berate you for accusing them..GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

My visit to Take 5 could not have been better. The store is clean alll the employees were nice especially the manager on Duty ,Mr.Marquise, I needed the inspection for my new tag on my 2007 FJ cruiser. Theyu also changed my oil for me and looked over every thing and I did need new wippers ansd an interior air filter. all was replaced very quickly and I was on my way feeling glad I came to their business.
