Today, I had the pleasure of receiving amazing service from the Take 5 crew! Josh and his colleague were professional and knowledgeable. Whenever I'm searching for trustworthy mechanics or general car maintenance, I get nervous. All my concerns were eliminated, they didn’t try to upsell unnecessary products or services and all my questions were answered thoroughly. I will most certainly return in the future.

I arrived at 6:30 needing an oil change bad, they opened at 7am. The guy was very nice and understanding. Since it was cold in I got there early, I let him do his morning opening checks in waited til he was ready. Great dude and tunes while he did my service. I’m definitely goin back to this location.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would! The customer service I received was absolutely unacceptable, and the lack of respect was unmatched. One of your workers referred to the team as “oil boys,” which seems fitting, considering the complete lack of professionalism I experienced. Your staff clearly needs training on how to communicate with customers and not dismiss valid questions as “arguments.” I downloaded a coupon, but instead of applying it, you charged my card first. I watched as the employee asked a few coworkers, who simply shrugged their shoulders, showing they had no idea how to handle the issue. Then, after speaking to supervisor came back, dismissed me entirely, and rudely walked away mid-conversation, claiming, “I’m not going to argue.” Both your team member and supervisor should receive more training in customer service and communication! This wasn’t arguing—it was me trying to communicate about a valid concern. At this point, it wasn’t even about the money but the principle. It’s incredibly disrespectful to be treated this way, especially as a female customer. I will never return, and I strongly suggest you train your staff to treat customers with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

I had an good experience at Take 5 Oil Change during my recent inspection! The young guy who helped me was absolutely fantastic—polite, knowledgeable, and super helpful. He took the time to explain what I needed to pass my inspection, and I really appreciated his guidance. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days, and this visit definitely stood out. I’ll absolutely be returning to this location in the future. Highly recommend them if you need a quick and professional service!

I’m sure if you just want an oil change, this is a wonderful place to go. They had two bays open for just oil changes. I’ll probably bring my car here next time for an oil change. My problem was that I came in for a state inspection. Yes, I’m aware you can’t make appointments and they are first come, first served. But the bay where they do inspections seems to be used for other services besides state inspections also. I ended up waiting for two cars in front of me for just under 45 minutes. Once it came time for my inspection they were very fast and got me completed in about 10 minutes. The service people were great, the setup was just a little inefficient that day. The two oil change bays were open almost all 55 minutes I was there. When I left there were 3 cars behind me still.

Horrible customer guy approach was rude I was a potential new customer. And now I won’t come back. I was told one thing on phone then told different price at shop the. The guy wasn’t trying answer questions or hear what I was told on phone so yeah won’t come here again

I can’t say enough good things about Take 5 Oil Change! They literally saved my car. After moving from Houston to Dallas, I was overdue for an oil change. The team checked my oil filter and AC air filter, and both were in terrible condition. The AC filter was so filthy it made me cough when it was removed, which explained why my car wasn’t cooling properly—Houston’s smog really took a toll! I’m so grateful I chose this place. Huge thanks to Jack and Carly for their excellent service and for finding me coupons! Everyone should come here!

This was a very fast process but the guys doing the work were great. One pulled out the oil filter and showed me how it looked- really dirty- so he replaced it for me and even gave me a discount on it. Since you stay in the car, you see everything that is going on. All of the mechanics were very polite and helpful.

Waste of time trying to get an inspection here. Each time they make an excuse and say to come back tomorrow knowing they are not going to be there.
