Courteous, quick service. They made sure to double check everything. Including my interior cabin air filter. Which I had completely forgotten about for over four years and when he pulled it out, it was filthy. So we replaced that. Great customer service.

I Love Take 5. I came for an oil change. I was In and Out with time to stop to get lunch. Advertisement is what it says it is. " no time was wasted" Every one was working together to get the customers serviced. Gotta Love Take 5. If I had to rate my Preston location is "5" stars!!!

I could not have a more one star experience. I spent multiple hours to get an inspection and oil change. They failed my inspection for old windshield wipers (all other elements passed). I opted to not buy them from Take 5. The guy at auto zone told me I got ripped off. Ended up buying new wind shield wipers. I went back the next day and was told by a miserable employee that the inspection guy was not working that day. I called the following day. The lady that answers all the calls at the take 5 headquarters was terrible and annoyed that I called— after spending ten minutes on hold with her, the inspector guy was not working that day either. Two days later while on lunch during work I randomly stopped by. The inspection guy was working that day! Reminder: all I needed them to do was to confirm I got new wind shield wipers. I spent 50 minutes waiting for the inspector guy to get to me. I ended up spending 3+ hours across 3 trips and a phone call to get an oil change and state inspection. Every single employee that works for this franchise location could not be more miserable. They all hate their jobs and are annoyed when customers come in. Please, do not make the same mistake as me and do business with this franchise location.

When I called the number before heading here to specifically ask the price for a “full synthetic” oil change, I was told “an advanced full synthetic oil change is $81.99 and I will give you a $25 coupon”. After waiting 40 minutes in line for an oil change I noticed “premium oil” was $81.99 and “Advanced full synthetic” $99. When I asked the service technician about the discrepancy he was obviously frustrated and told me this is a constant struggle for the employees as the call center lies to customers to get them in the door, he also mentioned they dealt with the same issue with the car in front of me. The technician was great, but I feel for him having to work in this atmosphere. I was advised to leave a review to help stop the struggle many customers and technicians are forced to deal with due to these unacceptable sales tactics.

I’ve used Take 5 on many occasions this visit started in the parking lot when I inquired on the current cost of service for a Mobile1 change on a 2022 Ram 1500 Classic I was given a price of $120 the cost was $158.37 Once pulling in to the bay I was handed a keyboard back and forth to enter in my information? I did not apply for employment have never experienced this in all my years of being a customer ?????

I had a frustrating experience at this service center and others. Despite paying over $100 per visit sometimes 200 at other locations, many of the advertised services were not completed. The technician seemed unsure about checking the windshield washer fluid, and after I asked him to look, he filled it but didn’t appear knowledgeable or helpful. They also claimed to wash the windshield, but I’ve never seen it done without me specifically requesting it. To top it off, I discovered grease spots all over my passenger side door after my visit, likely from the technician cleaning my window. It took him longer than usual, which raises concerns about the quality of the work. Additionally, my motorized mirror was knocked in by a worker, and when I adjusted it, the technician seemed surprised that I noticed. Now, my mirror makes a noise when closing, which is incredibly frustrating. I had hoped to give this company another chance after previous issues with incomplete services, but this experience has left me doubting the reliability of their work. I’m now questioning whether the fluids and services performed on my vehicle were even what they claim to be. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service center or company.

Came for state inspection fail for window wipers cause 1 left 1 streak and $43 dollars to replace I feel like Jose just wanted to make something. Then he was rude as hell and he didn’t say thank you he just directed me out the way
