Anytime I going to take5 with coupons or without it, it's same price, around $85, last time I was there with %25 coupon, I paid ~85 dollars before that, same services with $7 discounts again same price, I sent my friend there, he didn't use coupon, but he paid same for same services. I mean people need to change oil, we have to go to take 5 or any another place, it's not necessary to send coupons to emails when it's not ant effects 😒 They did good, but you take5 make customers unhappy because of these coupons things

I was disappointed with my recent visit. Tariq informed me that they couldn’t complete an oil change for my car because they didn’t have my air filter in stock, stating that the air filter must be replaced with every oil change. While I may have been due for a new air filter, it felt misleading to be told this was a requirement for every oil change. I can no longer trust this location.

I will never go to a take 5 ever again. I called ahead to make sure they had the synthetic blend we use for our car and to get the price, the lady I spoke with on the phone was very nice and offered to send me a coupon and set my appointment, which I had already taken care of. When I got to the establishment the man doing my oil change assumed that because I am a woman he could lie to me to upgrade the service from regular to premium. I really needed the oil change and was considering switching to full synthetic anyways. But it was very odd that the person whom I spoke with on the phone was very clear that the synthetic blend service was $49.99 and with the coupon it would be $24.99.... so if they were out why would she not tell me they were out whilst on the phone with me???? Which makes me think homie thought he could pull a fast one, soley based on the fact I'm a woman. The best part is after he lied about not having the oil. Once I accepted the upcharge and they did the work, they had me turn my car on to make sure everything is good and the idiot forgot to put one of the seals back on so oil started leaking everywhere. They fixed the issue immediately, but it should not have even happened in the first place. They then offered me 15% off my next visit for my troubles......... yall can take that 15% and shove it. You should not even be operating as a business in my opinion, yall are deplorable. I will make sure I let everyone I know about your shady business practices. Just awful.

I really like there fast and quick service. The workers were very helpful and letting me know what I need to keep up my car. Ladies it's helpful to us all and stop by to keep your car running for years to come.

Take 5, along with certain other shops, now change oil by attempting to suck out the used oil through a vacuum pushed into the filler tube. It seems likely this leaves some dirty oil in the engine (versus the old fashioned oil pan method). I don't plan to use Take 5 for oil changes anymore.

This is my favorite oil change place in Dallas! They are always friendly, professional and fast. Their bay accommodates my travel van with 10’ clearance also. Their personable team has completely won me over.

Did not like the service that I received today, went to get my oil changed on my ford. First they took forever in changing it shouldn’t be take 5 more like take 30. The employees were playing and laughing. Some guy named Sam tried to make the situation better but made it worse. As a woman going to get her oil changed it’s not that comfortable. Do not recommended going to this location. Also side note, that location looks dirty as hell. I’ve had my oil changed at other take 5 and this location looks like there is no management in control what’s so ever. Take 5 you guys need to stop hiring these damn kids and more adults. Never again!!!!!!
