Honestly, I didn't know what to expect as a first-time customer. I was in a hurry and needed the service. It was the closest location, so I jumped on it. Gut honest here... It was a GREAT experience! Couldn't have asked for any better. Those guys work their asses off. Take 5 is my go-to now. Giv'em a shot! You won't be disappointed.

I go out of my way to patronise this specific spot because every person working here is nice. Explains everything and doesn’t make it overwhelming or over bearing. Very welcoming. I don’t feel like they’re rushing either. And this time around the gentleman even explained some other car issues that Hyundai has been having which helped me a lot! I truly love this spot.

Very bad service.they completely damaged my engine after oil changed.I toed my car.now i have to put a new engine on it.don’t go there

I was away from my hometown with my toddler grandson and my oil light came on. The guys at Take 5 were so nice and even though they were busy, they got me taken care of so fast and back on my way. Definitely will encourage people to use them!

Should be called Take 45 or 50 because it takes that long to get an oil change. The wait was horrendous absolutely terrible. I will never ever be back. I had to use the restroom and it got to the point that I’d waited so long. I don’t recommend take 5 especially this one

The FIRST time I visited this business, it was on point with the advertisement. The second time I visited, I felt they should change the name to.. "Whenever I get to ya!" Even while in the work area I waited 40 minutes until someone began work on my car. Outrageous.

All employees displayed expertise in their occupational field. I was able to get my oil, engine filter, cabin filter, wisher fluid, and other mechanical components changed. I would highly recommend this location and team at Take 5 on Inwood & Cedar Springs.

Went there this morning to get an inspection. They told me no inspections until 4 to 8 PM. That’s no way to run A business went around to lemon to the car wash Got it done in 15 minutes and a free car wash will not be going back there. I hope they have a good day. I am.

Wonderful service everything was done in a timely manner, very friendly the gentleman even pointed out slit in my tire that I wasn’t aware of so I would say they’ Are definitely on top of Everything! I would recommend to others

I guess service was ok. Did not expect to spend $100 though. And I tried to do the zip app to pay so I can have enough money for groceries for my family and it did not go thru. They called their so called boss and I basically heard him said we can’t help her. I have been a manager for over 14 years and I have never said anything like that. It’s like they really don’t care about their customers. Oh well.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I came here for an oil change quote and I parked in my lane and while I was getting the paper to show what type of oil my car needs, a guy reversed into my door and smashed my leg, while I was screaming in pain, the guy moved forward and gave me his insurance information and left. The workers here saw everything happen and did not check on me, they did not ask if I was okay, needless to say I will never be coming beck here due to the lack of concern the employees displayed. I find it extremely alarming and unprofessional. Never once in my life have I seen such negligence in a place of business. Currently I am in the ER waiting on X-rays, I am in extreme pain. My window doesn’t fully roll down anymore, this is unbelievable. Take 5 do better.

Just got my oil change done and worked with Rolando. Not only was he extremely transparent and straight to the point, he was not pushy at all. He explained what the car needed and why it would need it, and overall it was a very enjoyable experience. I think I was there less than 10 minutes end to end. I was a bit nervous going to an oil change place this close to the airport, but it was an excellent experience. 10 out of 10, Rolando, thanks again for the great experience.

Overall, service was poor. Wouldn’t top off radiator fluid unless I allow them to do a complete flush also didn’t air up tires or check air. Receipt said all services complete and full and filled, including washing windshield, air check and coolant filled and topped off but none of that was done.

Service was incredibly fast and all the employees were kind. No appointment required. My main tech, Rolando, was incredibly respectful and explained everything in detail. I would recommend this location to all my friends and family.
