I gave this visit 2 stars because we got in line at 4 pm and we left at almost 6 pm. The line we were I was extremely slow and had the same amount of cars as the other lane. 7 cars received oil changes in the other lane while only 2 ppl left from our lane. We have never waited that long for an oil change before. The service was good, but the quality needs improving.

Every time I go to the location in Lawrenceville, I’m impressed with customer service. I have a full-time mechanic who offers a really inexpensive oil change, but he can’t match their convenience. This will always be my back up as long as I can count one this level of service and some really great coupons!

Take 5 Oil Change, is a drive thru establishment. You drive up and stay inside your vehicle as the oil is changed. The technician I had was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all my questions, and showed me step-by-step what he was doing. Depending on what type of car you have, will determine how extensive the work being done on it. Once it was my turn, it didn't take more than thirty minutes. If you don't mind paying a little bit more for an oil change, I highly recommend Take 5 Oil Change.

Very nice young people waited on me. Reasonably priced. They charge more for synthetic oil but that could be everywhere (I don't know.)

I went to Take 5 on Lawrenceville Hwy.#1098 I was serviced by Jay he was very respectful very detailed he answered all my questions he even offer my kids snacks so thank you Jay for making it the least stressful and productive things of my .day 😊

I have been  a loyal customer to Take  5  for 3-4 years. Never, once  have I ever had a problem  with  service.Unfortunately, on 01/9/2025 My car completely shut off. I was near a JP Auto show  and they looked at my car and stated that  there was no oil in the car. I stated that I  had  just had an oil change  a few months  prior. I was concerned  I called Take 5 and  they  were acting  like they had a hard time finding my car.I then Located the receipt while on the phone call. The Rep asked me where my location was. I stated 1/2 up  from  the  current location. The manager and another Rep showed  up .Looked at my car and stated there was no way  I was able to drive my car that long  without  it shutting off. And then explain it just cut off today. The manager began to yell at me while  we were talking and  stated that he was not putting oil in my car and  drove off. After,I had to pay an additional $80 for an oil change when I had  paid $114 on 11/04/2024. This is by far the worst way to treat a woman who is just asking  to put oil in my car.

The folks at this Take 5 are true pros. All VERY nice, very efficient, and good at their jobs. I ended up getting a bunch of fluids replaced, all filters and new wipers all within 30 minutes. There aren’t many places like this I would recommend but I do with them

Great customer service and the amount of attentiveness and patience with myself and my kids during our time there was really appreciated the wait wasn’t too long and they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable!! I would highly recommend for services and will forever be a returning customer for this location.

They should call this place Take Advantage. I came in for a $99 synthetic oil change. I also added a coolant flush. When the service advisor gave me the total, I questioned the high price. He then said that the synthetic oil filter I needed was $14 extra, but it was his fault he didn't mention it and took it off the bill. OK, I guess, but I can buy a vehicle specific filter directly from a dealer for $12.50, so I'm not sure where the extra charge comes from. I didn't realize until I got home I was also charged $13 for fuel system cleaner that the advisor said was part of the coolant flush service. If it costs more, then it ISN'T part of the service. I won't be back. Oh, and don't bother calling the corporate office to complain. On hold for 10 minutes and still no one answering. 1/6 Update: Heard from the corporate office (only responded to the review) who said someone from that franchise would be calling in 2-3 days. It's been 2-3 weeks now, and crickets. Apparently, they just want your $$$.
