ISSAC WAS SO RUDE, I TOLD HIM EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED WITH MY OIL CHANGE AND HE RIDICULED ME. TOLD ME YOU CAN TELL WHAT KIND OF PERSON YOU ARE. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. HE DONT EVEN KNOW ME. MY DAD CHANGES FILTERS FOR MY CAR ETC SO ALL I WANTED WAS A OIL CHANGE. HE CONTINUED TO BE RUDE AS EVERRRRR. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND NOBODY TO THIS LOCATION.

Maybe my expectations are too high, but within 3-5 minutes of pulling up, I think a representative should come out and ask what I need. After seeing activity inside but nobody coming out to me, I turned around and left and will never waste time again at this garage.

Guys were super great and did good and fast work, but seriously the pricing is obnoxiously high. 100% will never go back, they would not honor my coupon from another business…even when the sign on the street on front of this Take 5 literally says “we honor competitors coupons” and when I asked them to take my coupon from VIOC they said “there coupons are better than ours and we can’t do that high of a discount.” lol

Isaac was super quick and professional. Offered water when I got there. Even recommended services that I wasn’t aware I needed. I was done with everything in less than 30 minutes. I will use this take 5 for all my vehicles and recommend my people to take care of their vehicles because of the five star service received.

Had my fiance take my car there this week. She came back almost in tears because their mechanic wouldn't stop harassing her to upgrade her service. Horrible way to treat a woman just trying to get one thing.

It took forever for us to get oil change. We came at around 11am, and there were two cars in front of us. We ended up spending at least 1 hour waiting for them and 20 minutes to get oil change. They do give you some coupons and discounts. We usually only spend 10-15 minutes in total at the Dallas branch, but this branch is just not very time efficient.

Absolutely could not get anyone to answer the phone. The other Take 5 I went to said it would take up to an hour. I can’t believe I can’t get anyone on the phone and I can’t get my oil changed. This is ridiculous.

I am pleased with the service they did. I lived in Houston and the Take 5 Oil change there did an inspection for car registration stickers this here in Fort Worth doesn't. I like going to do it all in one instead of running all over the place. The guy called someone to see if he could do the inspection guy declined. Everyone here opens at 9 or 10. In Houston, everyone is open by 8 and ready to service

Not a 5 minute oil change by far. Each vehicle took about 20 minutes to get serviced. Every product has a huge mark up. I asked for a price on wiper blades, said it’d be $30 for the premium ones, but I declined and they said they could do it for $20 each, so agreed. I didn’t ask for a price on a simple $8 cabin air filter, but saw they charged $50; expected it’d be around $20, since it’s simple to replace.. Pulling the vehicle in, they had me drive straight, then told me to turn my wheel all the way to the left and proceed, which made something that might have been setting on the ledge to get knocked into the pit.. Got Full Synthetic oil and printed on the oil tag that I bring the car in after 3k miles, which really made not need to be changed for somewhere between 5-10k miles.. They said they topped of wiper fluid, but doesn’t look like they did.

I want to complain this place because i had a coupon for twenty dollars and he said it’s expired but when I checked at home it was not expired. Is there any way I could use same coupon again it’s valid still. Regards

Great experience. Actually I found myself intrigued enough that I noticed I was complimenting the mechanics. When we pulled up there to the one on beach street said he would like to get the and we have been here before so they knew his have the name exactly what they were doing while they were doing it My whole family was able to stay in the vehicle while they change the air and oil filters and the change the oil and it to the AC. They were very knowledgeable as well as respectful of letting us know what they were doing at all times . They made the experience worth every min of it . I feel confident that my money was actually put into mechanical greatness thanks take 5

This was the worst experience of my life. I have been here twice and had a great experience. Isaac made my experience awful. First of all the other guy wanted to check my filter on the passenger side in the glove compartment and he couldn’t get it to go back in all my stuff was on the seat of my car. When I told him I would have the dealership look at that since I was getting my brakes changed there tomorrow he said what a waste of my time you should have had the dealership change your oil too. Then he wouldn’t fix it and told me to have the dealership to fix it back. So I told him to get a manager on the phone because I wasn’t going to pay for the oil change until it was fixed. And he said no and said that I couldn’t leave until it was paid. He put a fan in front of my car. He had 6 other cars waiting. I had to call the police. And the police asked why if I came in for an oil change why were they even looking at the filters. I will NEVER go back to this place. Isaac was the rudest most disrespectful person I have ever come across.
