The Take 5 team did a great job servicing my vehicle in a timely manner. They communicated everything they were concerned with, and I was able to get the items replaced on site. We even had an issue with my car at the end, and the team got together and got me on my way! Thank you Team! 🏆

Would have given 5 but survey invite was to Willma. Staff was friendly. Oil change from getting there to finish took about 40 minutes. We were 4th in line when we got there. Was unable to use husbands veteran discount cause he was unable to come with me, even though vehicle has veteran plates on it. Employee was nice enough to me a discount on the filter though. It would be nice if discount applied to spouse too for situations where the spouse is unable to present id themselves. Still appreciate Take 5 for providing a discount to military and veterans. Will still get my oil changed here.

I was charged an additional $40 for the installation of an air filter, on top of the cost of the filter itself. Will not be going back here

Simple fast, didn’t have to get out my car. Happy, me! But they did forget to add my fluid for the windshield. 😞 over all they were awesome

Slowest Take5 I’ve ever been to. Techs act like they don’t have a care in the world. Oil change took 1hour. Go visit the location at this address, they should be training all locations. They are the real deal! 3319 Hulen St Fort Worth, TX 76107 United States

Stopped in again to get my oil changed. Isaac was friendly, knowledgeable and informative. He let me know what they were doing and what I needed. I will for sure be back. 🤘💀🤘

The process was fairly quick. The prices for the Mobil 1 were ridiculous tho. My Kia Stinger GT2 requires 7 quarts but the $125 price only includes 5 qarts. 2 additional quarts for $13 each is crazy work. Higher than the dealership will only return if in a pinch again.

I used to work as auto mechanic for 25+yrs, i startedgoing to these quick service places after i stopped working on cars. I choose take 5 due to being close to my home, ive been using them for all my vehicles for the past yr and I have been pleased with the service i have recieved. Would highly recommend them for vehicle service.

I went to Take 5 for an oil change 10 days ago, during the change, they told me they stripped my oil pan. They said they patched it up temporarily and swore up and down that there was no risk of a leak before my next oil change. I asked multiple times to be sure, and they kept saying to not worry about it and just have it fixed before next oil change The next day, I noticed oil spots under my car. I checked, and the oil pan was wet—clearly leaking. I went back, but they told me it wasn’t leaking. Meanwhile, every morning I kept finding oil spots, and my oil level was dropping fast. I went to two different mechanics, and both confirmed it’s leaking. When I went back to Take 5 again, they still denied the leak and said, “Just come back whenever your oil is low, and we’ll top it off for free.” Seriously? You caused the leak, and your solution is for me to keep checking and topping off my oil? That’s insane. I asked to speak to their manager, but they said he’s on vacation for a month and refused to give me his phone number. They said there’s nothing they can do until he’s back because he’s the only mechanic there! I called their customer service, and they opened a claim but told me to wait 7 days for someone to call me back. I kept telling them I can’t drive with an oil leak for 7 days, and they said they’d “expedite” it to 2 days. Well, it’s been 7 business days now, and still nothing. Meanwhile, my car is still leaking, and I’m stuck checking and topping off the oil constantly. I called them multiple times and all i hear is “will get back to you soon” They caused the problem, refused to admit it, and hasn’t done anything to fix it. They don’t care about their customers or their safety. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE.

Take 5 more like 1hr and a half, the two guys who did my oil change have zero customer service experience and no motivation to get the job done, they did not speak to me other than asking if I needed a oil change and if I wanted the same thing like last time, I will definitely not cheat on my guys on boat club rd again they take care of me every time they greet me with a smile and a water, top off my washer fluid, coolant and check my tire pressure.
