Great people! It's hard to find a place where people actually want to do their job! My car was too new to service but Zach and Cody took care of my tires and recommended other places to have my service done. I will be back!

This was one of the most pleasurable visits I’ve had to take 5. They were very thorough with their explanations because I’m a woman and have no idea how a car operates besides gas lol . He told me a joke . We had a conversation. Before I knew it I was done . I will be happy to drive 15-20 miles to this location Thanks you guys !!

Quick and efficient. Although one of the guys had the most smug and arrogant attitude. He was so condescending in his tone while talking about everything that was wrong with my car very loudly to his coworker which he eventually said to me in the same tone. I hope he has better days.

Today I when I drove my truck I found out that my radiator cap was not put back on when I had my truck serviced last week. I haven’t drove it much till today. I lost 2 gallons of fluid that I had to purchase today from Loves truck stop on I-35 close to Gainsvile, Tx. My truck started running hot and had to make it to the first place I could to pull it over. NOT satisfied. I just hope it hasn’t hurt my trucks engine.

All in all the oil change process is very quick. The reason for the 4 star rating is because of the price. $100 for a premium 6 quart oil change and check of the air filter, without any other service is kind of steep. Although my receipt says they checked and topped off my washer fluid, my automatic sensor reads that my fluid is low. I had to ask to have my tire pressure checked. I can go to the dealership and wait 30 to 45 minutes to have my oil changed and all the fluids checked and topped off and my tire pressure checked for less than $100. Is it worth waiting to save money and have more services done to my vehicle?. Yes. I do believe so.

Cody needs his own business! He truly made this the best oil change experience I’ve ever had with Take 5… he was very straightforward, thorough, and provided some very helpful money saving tips for my next oil change. Will continue to come to this location as long as Cody works there!!

I have gone there the last three times, and I will never change back to any other service. Are used to wait hours at Kia. , What used to be seers auto, which isn’t there anymore and a few other places, and I decided to try to take five and they are wonderful! They will tap off in between your oil change for you, they will check your tires and the other mechanical things that I don’t know enough about and they’re very kind and courteous and I think they’re awesome!
