All in all the oil change process is very quick. The reason for the 4 star rating is because of the price. $100 for a premium 6 quart oil change and check of the air filter, without any other service is kind of steep. Although my receipt says they checked and topped off my washer fluid, my automatic sensor reads that my fluid is low. I had to ask to have my tire pressure checked. I can go to the dealership and wait 30 to 45 minutes to have my oil changed and all the fluids checked and topped off and my tire pressure checked for less than $100. Is it worth waiting to save money and have more services done to my vehicle?. Yes. I do believe so.

I have gone there the last three times, and I will never change back to any other service. Are used to wait hours at Kia. , What used to be seers auto, which isn’t there anymore and a few other places, and I decided to try to take five and they are wonderful! They will tap off in between your oil change for you, they will check your tires and the other mechanical things that I don’t know enough about and they’re very kind and courteous and I think they’re awesome!

Cody needs his own business! He truly made this the best oil change experience I’ve ever had with Take 5… he was very straightforward, thorough, and provided some very helpful money saving tips for my next oil change. Will continue to come to this location as long as Cody works there!!

I love take 5. They are efficient and always assist with any request I have in regards to my car. I always get my oil changes here because of their double check policy and quick in and out. I always feel appreciated for my business.

I will 100% be back as a regular costumer. They were awesome. Very respectful, honest, and very sweet! I went and got an oil change, Cody & Brandon helped with that. I was there for maybe 15 minutes. 10/10 , this place will definitely take care of you. I will be back!

Scheduled an oil change and inspection. Got there and they didn’t have somebody to do the inspection. Did the oil change. Hopefully that was done right and check the tires but unfortunately that wasn’t done right either. Will never come back to this place.

I have been trying to get an inspection for a month!!!! There is never anyone on staff but they advertise inspections. I've used take 5 for years but looks like I might need to switch companies

I've been coming here for almost a year now with my company vehicle. Today, I came and had good service from the woman who helped me. She was calm and professional. However, her coworker had an attitude problem. It was never directed towards me, but in the time I was there, he worked on 2 vehicles and I could hear him swearing and complaining about his job and would rather go back to the field than have to deal with this. He also took off his hat and threw it at one point. Now, I understand this is a shop and there will be some swearing here and there, but he seemed really upset and unprofessional. My 6 year old son stayed home for a doctor's appt today, so I brought him with me. He asked me why that man was mad. I enjoy coming here because the service is always great, but today was different. I'll still come back for my next oil change, I just hope if this man is here again, he will be in a better mood.

Good crew working. Did a great job. One minor drip on my drive from when oil was filled ( by left front wheel), but otherwise loved the service. And thanks for the water.

I’ve been here 35 minutes and they haven’t touched my truck, meanwhile I’m cooking out here in the sun. They are so slow. The young female you hired just mopes around slowly doing nothing, it’s almost comical how slow she was. You could've serviced 5 more cars in the time it took to do mine. Doesn’t really fit the business model. I’m not impressed. If it’s going to take 1.5 hours, tell people.
