Got my oil change Saturday, drove from ft worth, barely made it to Hudson Oaks,oil was raining out of the around were the oil filter. Now I have some were around one to two quarts oil underneath my vehicle, the airintake filter was not fasten as well.

10/10 recommend for everyone. They are very fast! Great prices and outstanding customer service. Christian was my tech with help from another lady. Shame I can’t remember her name because she was beyond helpful as well. They do recommend extra stuff on your car but are not pushy about it. They even gave me a coupon just to help with everything I wanted done. This car means a lot to me because it has been from my grandfather to my mother and then to me. It still asks if I want to connect to their phones, and since they aren’t here with me anymore, it makes me feel like they are. Thanks guys from the bottom of my heart, I know that you saved me from a lot of troubles that was coming soon and thank you for the coupon to help me. Me and my brother won’t go anywhere else.

The only place I’ll go to get my oil changed from now on in Fort Worth. I visited on a Saturday afternoon and though it was busy, the team came out twice to give me a status update on timing and offer me a water bottle. Will walked me through the most cost effective and utilitarian oil change option for my low mileage vehicle (I.e. didn’t try to upsell me on anything). They also did a quick engine check and inflated my tires. I appreciate the team’s excellent service and will be back.

The staff was very friendly however they overfilled my oil and I blew smoke all the way back to OKC. Not happy.

I had such a great experience here! Pedro and Cristian were very sweet and easy going and understanding of the fact that I don’t know anything about cars! There was another employee, her name starts with a K but I forgot it, who was explaining everything to me and chatted with me the whole time. Overall it was a great experience and I’ll definitely be coming back!
