Every time I come here the guys are super nice! They always check my filters but are not too pushy about getting them replaced which I appreciate. They also are usually able to answer any car related question that I have while I’m there. Will definitely keep coming back. Edit: they were even training someone while working on my inspection but made sure to let me know he was training, which is super considerate and I was completely willing to let him practice.

Team here is great. :) service was fast & they were very helpful. UPDATE 2/3/25 : apparently there was an oil leak from my last visit here because a cap wasn’t put on correctly, so that was great to be told. Make sure y’all ask them to ensure everything is tightly on so your car doesn’t have any issues!!!!

Went in Saturday, waited OVER an hour to get my fluids topped off. Only to get in the bay and be told since I barely went over the mileage they told me to come back they would have to do an entire new oil change and charge me for it. Mind you I use synthetic oil which it good for 6k miles. I was barely over 3k. He even said, my oil was dark which indicated I needed another oil. Clearly it’s the cheap oil y’all use bc why would it need a new oil change when it’s barely over 3k?! Fool me once….!!! NEVER AGAIN.

It took 1.5 hours to get my oil changed, on Hulen. No complications or anything of that nature, they were just playing and entertaining themselves. I only stayed because it was already 6 and walmart always gives me some issue.

2 hour wait for a 5 minute oil change. Thought I was being clever to be there during the 1st football game on Sunday, apparently alot of people had the same idea. Location maybe needs a few more technicians to keep up with demand. I'm sure I will use this Location again. Bad timing on my part.

I had an appt for an emissions test on Friday evening. I arrived a bit early. The machine was not charged, and would not charge. I came back on Saturday. Machine was still broken. Harley was awesome. But he was unable to refund me the $18.50. He did give me a free oil change for the future. I went to another Take 5. It took over an hour to complete the test. Why do these locations only have one machine when everyone in this county now needs a yearly emissions inspection? Over 30 minutes of my waiting was because 2 other vehicles were also getting an emissions inspection. The staff and customer service at both locations were awesome! Just a frustrating experience and a lot of my time wasted.

My only problem is , I asked would this oil change last six months? I was told it should but when I got my sticker it stated to bring it back in 3months for the price I paid that's pretty high for only 3 months.My total was 190.and some change because I had to buy a 50.00 filter.But the young men were very plesant.

Quick, efficient service and friendly staff. The bar code didn't show up on my 25% off coupon, but they made it happen anyway. And when I commented on how the employees' echoing of the vehicle work status reminded me of basic training, they rewarded me with a veteran's discount of an additional 25% off! We will be returning. :)
