I had such a great experience at the White Settlement Rd location. Obo and Zach were the best and took good care of my truck. They were so helpful and informative of everything they were doing and explaining everything to me. I really appreciate all their help. This is my go to place for oil changes from now on! 😊😊😊😊

Nicest kids. Short handed for a day before a bad weather event. The kids seemed to move very slow for being busy.I really don't know why you guys are called take 5 when it takes a lot longer to change oil. My wiper fluids wasn't checked or refilled. Been there 2x now and still a long wait as quick lube across the street.

Completely unprofessional! Came Friday afternoon around 5 and the inspector had left for the day was told to return in the morning, and I did at 9am. When I arrived I was told to park and wait because "the inspector went to McDonald's to get breakfast" after waiting 20 minutes I went across the street to Kwik Kar! Absolutely ridiculous!

I needed an emissions test for my inspection. I came at noon and only one car was in the left side. The attendant told me to come back in an hour because of lunch. I came back in one hour. The attendant told me to park and wait because he was going on break and he had other cars before me. I parked and waited for over forty minutes while other cars were driving up. Some were being serviced. I left without getting my emissions test and won't be back. It is disappointing because I always get my oil change here.

I went yesterday for a fluid check. They did a service. When I asked beforehand how much it was, he changed the price a couple of times before I said okay. I honestly don't even know if I really needed the service as my car is newer. It's so hard to trust people as a woman at car service places. I left questioning if I really did need that service.

Some techs are better then others perhaps some negligence on somebody's end ill have to check my dashcam see what happened hopefully but somebody messed up. I appreciate the tech that took his time to redo everything today. long story short they avoid any faults...got a oil change a week ago on a sat dec14 now its sat dec21 my oil is completely bone dry loud noises oil everywhere under my hood. I'm not sure if they used the wrong filter, stripped a plug or something loose but something happened my car was fine now its lighting up like 🎄. My car was barely in use mostly stayed parked so something happened because of somebody's negligence. I asked if I could atleas t get a few quarts of oil free for the road (Im going to need it if there's a leak) management said NO. So that should tell you how things might go if you ever had a problem not even a refund and complete deniability... Don't come here ill post the names of the techs that did the original job and again thank you to the guy who redid everything but obviously only going to do what he s allowed by Managment (accidents happen but somebody screwed up something bad) I hope its a simple fix but I night need a new ENGINE GO TO THE BREAK PLUS NEXT DOOR great service they take care of you much more trusted. I should have gone there but completely forgot and I was in a hurry....now I'm paying for it on my birthday weekend/christmas.

When you try to call this shop, it takes you to an automated menu that loops you around. Then the voice menu systems picks up any background noise and causes issues. We want to speak to a human, not waste 10 minutes on a problematic automated answering system. The techs may do good work, who knows, but I didn’t get that far because the owner or corporate decided to go with some crap phone system. Went to their competitor.

The attendant with the sunglasses seemed like he couldn’t care less about me or what I wanted to get done before I even spoke. He had me pulled in and left me to wait for half an hour while other cars were driving off and driving up one after another. Didn’t say a thing about how long I was supposed to wait or what they were even doing before I could even just get a quick oil change. At some point two of the attendants were just standing around with their hands in their pockets. I waiting for over half an hour for nothing and drove off. Attendant with the sunglasses stopped me to make sure my car hood was down and didn’t say anything besides “have a good one” like I cared to hear it. I didn’t need him to come close my car hood because I drove straight across the street to get my oil change from Kwik Kar where I was at least smiled at and greeted at all by their attendant.
