Nice kid helped me out, but still charged me $95 for just literally adding oil to my car and not changing the filter because the cap was “on too tight” and didn’t have the equipment to supposedly get it off. I personally won’t be back. I could have done what they did for $40.

Zack and Brenton helped me out today with my Silverado oil change, filters, wipers, and fluids. Great dudes. Very fast too! Was in and out in no time. Definitely coming here for all my oil changes. Thank you gentleman and Take 5!

I liked take 5. But 3 strikes and I have to go somewhere else. All three strikes were inspection. Sunday apparently their inspector was not there. Today at 11 ish after calling to ensure their inspector was there he was and was scheduled to 4 according to lady on the phone. They would not do the inspection until 1pm. Tried again at 3 pm now he would not do it because it was too late. Kwik Kar in Keller did the inspection.

I pulled into the stall and sat in my car for 40 minutes before anyone touched my car. I spent an hour at @ “5 minute oil change” enough said.

I’ve tried twice to get my oil changed here. 1st time they said there would be a two hour wait, even though there was not another car there, today sat in the parking lot for 15 minutes, no one even greeted me, they were too busy smoking beside the building. Not again!

Did not ask to check air filter or cabin air filter. Young guy seemed more interested in joking around with his buddy than doing his job.

Left my air filter housing undone oil cap was just sitting there and no sticker, so I left it like that and went bk asked for a sticker and for them to double check they’re work only for them to leave it the same way. But offering me other services I won’t be bk until they get some qualified employees

Was told at this Take 5 location that I had a head gasket leak. He showed me that oil cap looked milky as proof. He referred me to a repair shop that might give me a discount. I took the car to my trusted mechanic that I've used for years. Turned out there is nothing wrong with my car and a milky oil cap is usually due to condensation during a short drive. Staff should not be diagnosing mechanical issues that they are not trained in.

I had an appointment at 6 p.m. and waited over 45 minutes. My fluids were not topped off because the lines were frozen. My tire pressure wasn't checked. For the amount of my oil change, I was not satisfied at all. The service person was very nice but not very helpful.

Came to get an oil change at 4:25 pm on 1/5/2025 and was turned away saying the close at five pm. The only had two bays open with total of three cars between them. Very strange that they didn’t want my business.
