Don’t go here if you’re trying to get your vehicle inspected, no one wants to work. My son took his vehicle Friday around 5pm and was informed the individual who does the inspections was gone for the day. He returned the next afternoon around 3 and informed the same. Advised to return around 4-5 pm. He returns and went from no wait to having 4 cars ahead of him. He’s finally seen after waiting over an hour. We don’t stay far away so he decided to get his other car inspected while no cars were there. Only to return within 10 mins and informed they were done doing inspections for the day. We could see the individual in the back talking to another coworker. The facility is open until 8 and it’s 6pm. As if people don’t need inspections on a daily basis. Unprofessional. Can’t get through automated phone to talk to anyone. Won’t be returning.

I waited nearly an hour to get my oil changed Workers were on their phone and there was only one guy helping No one asked what service I wanted they just assumed off the computer when I haven’t been to take 5 in months so nothing was explained. I had to ask the worker to make sure my coolant and fluids were good because nothing was communicated. It was very unprofessional and no one had any respect for my time Take 5 more like take an hour

Took my vehicle here for an oil change,left to go to McDonald’s down the street and change engine oil light was still on and engine splash shield collapsed and was dragging. Took it back and the guy was acting as if it was my fault but removed a piece of it off. Couldn’t believe it, didn’t have any problem before I took it there. NEVER GOING BACK!

I went in for an inspection and oil change. The staff was very knowledgeable. They noticed a sound my engine was making and notified me. They even told me what they thought it could be. I’m glad they told me as I can now take care of it and prevent my vehicle from breaking down somewhere. Update- I went in again and everyone was attentive and provided quick service.

I had a very good experience with my oil change at Take 5. Even though they were short staffed, both employees were still very kind, friendly, and respectful. They also seemed very knowledgeable and understanding. I do recommend coming in early to avoid lines. Make sure you bring something to read or do while waiting in your car. You just get to stay in your car the whole time.

Not sure if it was an off day, but I'm unhappy with the service received today. Came for state inspection, spent over an hour for a 15 minute inspection, and it's never ok when someone is quicker to get payment than no one greeting customers on arrival to the lot or even at the register.

Not great service. Not fast. I pulled in at 3:00 and didn’t leave until 3:45! Not sure what happened just know that I will not be back to this location.
