I went twice. The first time was fast, efficient, and straightforward. I went back yesterday and unfortunately things have changed; it took an hour for an oil change. A young man working there kept trying to upsell me things that I did not necessarily need, it seems like his whole job was to try to sell you extra things. I don’t think I will be going back.

The service was adequate. They Changed the oil, yes. But left oil and smudge marks on the front of the car. There was oil drops all over the engine bay. Absolute Sloppiness. If it was their car, there is.no way oil would.have been left on the hood and smudge/finger marks left on the hood. I did not get a safe feeling from taking my car here. Wrong oil type in the beginning and poor communication between staff. Not coming back for sure.

These guys are wildin. Maybe everyone was new but they didn't know how to work the computer, one dude couldn't figure out which way to turn the oil filter. It was like six dudes all trying to figure out how to do a conventional oil change. But hey. They got the job done. And I guess it didn't take too long. Just need to work on their efficiency.

This place DOES NOT DO inspections and their oil filters are not even close to original equipment. They need to remove inspections from their webpage please.

One of the guys (Caucasian young man) seemed under some influence while working on my car. He initially tried guiding me inside of the service area and I was telling him my car was not straight he said it was and told me to proceed. I ended up running over something which in turn got stuck under my car. He was also slurring his words which didn’t make me feel comfortable. I’ve been here before with no issues. Hopefully this doesn’t happen again. Other than that you have great customer service

Super polite. Only issue is the exiting driveway which with help from the technicians safely directs cars into the street intersection. Very fast car oil change. Feels like a formula-1 team designed for civilians. Awesome.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the difference in pricing. They also help get me in and out within 15 minutes, and figure out a problem with my windshield wipers, so super grateful for this location.

This was my second service done at Take 5. I got my inspection and then an oil change done here at this location. The guys here are so nice, make everything easy AND are super fast. Any question I have, they answer and make sure I understand. I honestly should have been coming here had I known how their service was. I love that they present all options, give me their recommendations, and let me make the final decision. Water is offered and they always have a fire playlist going while I wait. Love this location! Highly recommend. I most definitely will be returning for future services

Been going to take five oil change for years. They're always quick and efficient. I particularly like this location on Richmond. They bring you a bottled water and even a biscuit for my dog! What I love most is they never try to rip you off by saying "you need extra this or fancy that.' great for car tags inspections too!

I recently took my car in for an oil change and inspection. According to the receipt, they checked the tire pressure and topped up the windshield wiper fluid. However, just two days after the service, I received two warnings on my car: one for low tire pressure and the other indicating I was out of windshield wiper fluid. I had the tires checked at a tire shop, and all of them were indeed low and needed air. I contacted the main company line to report the issue and was told I would receive a call from the local store within a couple of business days. It's now been a week, and I have yet to hear back from them to address this matter.
