Person who assisted me at Houston location did not screw something right and all of my oil leaked out. Had to return to a Dallas location to get it fixed.

The staff at Take 5 on Rankin road was awesome. Got me in immediately and did there thing with no wait. Checked everything and made all recommendations to spec. Had my canon filter changed on my last oil change (normally everywhere I go they wanna swear I need a cabin filter) the gentlemen said (this cabin filter looks brand new) no extra upsaking that wasn’t required…. Great team of 4 young guys handling business!!

First visit here and I was completely blown away by the level of respect, and knowledge the young men at this location have. Not only were they courteous and cordial but they knew exactly what they were doing. They changed my oil with precision and inspected my vehicle for other maintenance issues that should be addressed immediately and/ or in the near future. I never had to leave the car, not even to pay... Everything was fine in the spot I came in only for an oil change but found out that my air filter needed replacing and my radiator fluid needs to flushed and replaced soon. I had my oil changed, and opted to have the air filter replaced as well. The guys did a great job, walked me through every step, and even showed me the old parts they removed as well as the new parts they installed. They even showed me a sample of my radiator fluid and explained why it needs to flushed and replaced soon. As soon as I am able, I will be returning to this location to have my radiator fluid flushed and replaced. The prices are moderate but the service you receive goes above and beyond expectation. Professional, organized, and courteous. This experience was well worth my time and money. I suggest anyone take their vehicle here and expect to leave satisfied. I gave this place five stars out of five but they deserve six.

Jeffery ,kyrin, Ricardo, & Louis the manager took amazing care of us these are young men who work hard in the hot sun, The level of professionalism they exuded today topped my expectations we were greeted with warm, friendly smiles and a bottle of water at our vehicle. These guys worked hard on our vehicle, ensuring everything was in tip-top shape. We appreciate their amazing effort and Customer Service and truly hope that they have the best day ever.
