I don’t live near this location anymore, but I still come here because they do such a great job and it’s always the same workers. It was a young lady who did my inspection today and she’s done it before I think last year. She could not be any friendlier! Seeing them work here as long as they have tells me they must love their job and they sure show it!

ZERO STAR. Made an appointment for inspection and oil change and no inspection person was at the shop. If you do not have a resource to perform the job then you should not let customers to book for the service and drive to your location just to find out my time is wasted.

Good evening to all, I just went to get my oil change and this happened they are very rude and not friendly. (Jordan, Cody, I'm not sure the 2nd name) So I left the place and I have to stop by the closer gas station cos my car makes some noises like dragging something under my car, I checked it my hard plastic cover under the car was loose and hanging just with 1 plastic snaps clip., I went back and the toll me they didn't touch that and can't help. Here is the fact this is the second time happens to me with another car that same problem different location ( hillcroft and Westheimer .I personally don't recommend this places, they always mess up with your vehicle and they don't want to be responsible for what they did.. BE CAREFUL people . I want to post the pictures of it but here don't let me do it

Horrible the girl LaLa did not want to air up my tires after my oil change because I refused to get an air filter. They did not even know what oil to put in my 2022 GMC truck. Never going back here again. Never leave reviews but this definitely needs addressed.

It was a really bad experience. Not friendly and they left the black plastic cover under the car loose. I noticed the nose when I was driving, I stopped by the closest gas station to check and I went back and they don't want to put back the snaps clips. . This is not the first time, this is my 2nd time ( Hillcroft and Westheimer) I personally not recommend this places.

Not the experience I’m used to. Usually they clean my windshield, check and top off all my fluid levels and ask me how my day is going. This time I just got my oil changed. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I had a great experience with associate Lala, who took care of both my oil change and tire maintenance with impressive efficiency. She was not only quick and thorough but also made sure to explain everything she was doing along the way, which I really appreciated. My car is running smoothly now, and I noticed that the tire pressure was perfectly balanced. Lala’s attention to detail and excellent customer service really stood out, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance needs.

Just realized I never posted this but…..Second time coming here and the service is great and they top off basic fluids for free! Greg was working alone this morning and finished 4 cars in no time like an absolute boss and then told me I apologize for the wait… no apology necessary! This is my new place for a quick change!… meant to post this months ago but they’re great always seriously professional and honest

Very friendly at first, but my initial appointment they didn’t fill my oil all the way up. When I came back the next day, they insisted I was wrong despite my car alerting me, and checking the dip stick myself and seeing the oil at the low point. A co worker finally put an additional quart in, and I was in my way
