!!!STAY AWAY!! This location was supposed to change my husbands and I oil and check coolant levels on his gmc 3500 and my 2015 suburban. They did NOT, both of our vehicles overheated shortly after.. turns out i had ZERO OIL AND COOLANT my husband also had very little no coolant. He just got purchased his truck and I have never had an issue with my vehicle prior to that! We had the manager admit he seen that they did not check coolant levels (even after it was checked on receipts as “safe levels” found.) But refused to admit they did not drain/change oil properly. When my suburban over heated it caused me to get into a fender bender trying to pull over and now have a blown head gasket all at 8 1/2 months pregnant! Customer service said 5 business days they will contact us however mentioned due to holidays it will now be even longer! We have now had to put seeing our family out of town on hold for thanksgiving… hopefully someone will address and have this issue fixed before our baby arrives in December! Attorneys will be getting involved…. I will update reviews if anything changes but for now BEWARE OF TAKE 5 on HILCROFT!

Service was quick and well done. The guy who serviced me, sorryi didn’t get his name, even went the extra mile to clean old sticker residue off of my windshield before placing a new sticker. He was very informative on other things I needed to be aware of like replacing my air filter and needing an engine flush. I will more than likely be returning for my next oil change when due.

The service was fast, but right after I left, about a mile away, my check engine light came on and my car RPMs shot up. I had to hold my foot on the brake so my car didn't take off. Had to get it towed to the house. Never again will I use Take5.

Very friendly and helpful staff, quick oil change and fixed an oil leak I had no idea existed. Staff advised to change my air filter and gave me a discount for a new one! Will definitely return in the future,thank you!
