It’s always a pleasurable experience to get my oil changed here. Each time i have used the service, all technicians were professional, courteous and patient because I always have questions or lame jokes. ;) Im sure other shops that change your oil may be just as professional but my money is spent at Take 5. 👍🏽

Terrible the only oil change available per staff was $100 I’ve never paid that much at Take 5 anywhere.

The guys real suck there I had to tell them to check all that it says on the paper they gave me and they still didn't check everything and it's says clean air filter, but I was told they could not clean it I had to pay a new filter ,so if you can't clean it the filter then way would it say clean filter on the paper they gave me so it really sucked and I will never go back

My car still needs oil after I gotten an oil change, thank god as a woman I know better, but prices are high to be getting tricked and almost in a situation where you would mess up motor and spend more money at the Normandy location in Houston …. They were friendly though

I didn't like that they start changing/ pulling out things without giving a price ( my air filter and the cabinet filter) I know how much they cost if you purchase them yourself and I do know how to put them back in but your mechanic had already taken them out I explained to them I'm not stupid and I know prices then I asked for 20 dollars windshield wiper buy one get one free then you get the bill and it's 31.99 on there twice It just erks me how men especially mechanic think women are stupid. I did bring it to the manager attention this was my first and last time to return to your facility

As soon as I pulled onto the lot I was greeted by the employees they immediately stopped what they were doing to see what I needed very attentive once I was inside they were very knowledgeable about the different types of oils and other items concerning my vehicle the service didn’t take long at all overall I am highly satisfied with the service I received as a first time customer I will definitely be a returning customer thank you to all those involved see y’all soon

BEWARE!! They made a mistake with my father's brand new Silverado on a simple oil change. It cost him huge money on a brand new motor. They didn't install the oil filter correctly which caused his oil to fall out while driving. Locked up the motor and take 5 was no help! Left us with a blown engine and they took no responsibility. They tried telling us it was probably the vibration of the truck that caused it to come loose. It was a new truck with no vibration. I tried reaching out to corporate and they gave me the run around. I recently seen on the news there were other customers that experienced the same. I highly recommend you think twice about getting something as simple as a oil change here. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I had a horrible experience with this company back in July 2024 my car broke down on the freeway after a recent oil change the oil was still black. I had to call a wrecker service to come get me I kept calling customer service several times they gave me the run around and when I did get someone they was trying to call the Normandy shop number but knowone answered. I kept calling customer service leaving my name and number still no response or return call. My car is still broke motor is destroyed. The guys work there are disrespectful and talks ugly to the customers and have you waiting over an hour while they are goofing off. It’s too many complaints about this location.

My daughter went to this location and had her oil changed. She was quoted $10 for an air filter when she paid the bill she noticed they charged her $32.99. She asked them to remove the filter and give her a refund and they agreed. They charged her card twice. One charge of $92 (with air filter) and another of $67 (without air filter). I’ve been trying for almost 2 weeks to get a refund. I’ve call the location and NO one has called me back. I’ve reported to customer service. I was told no refund was pending and I had to send over documentation from the bank showing both charges(I did). I looked today to see a $25 dollar credit. Where is the rest of my money. I’m furious my daughter works hard too be ripped off. I would not recommend this shop.

This was my best experience at Take 5. I’ve been going to the same location since 2023 and finally had to go to a different location. This will be my new location from now on.
