I went to get my car inspected. All went well but said I needed new wiper blades because there was a small streak from the water that evaporated quickly. They put the new blades on and I again tested them. And they also left the same small streak that evaporated quickly.. I had just got new wiper blades last month and tried telling them that, but was told they couldn’t finish the inspection if I didn’t replace them. Just odd and upsetting. First time using this location but would never go back or refer to anyone.

Following my recent oil change, I discovered that the technician had inadvertently left the bottom shield of my vehicle unsecured, resulting in its detachment while I was driving. Consequently, I was compelled to pull over and rectify the issue myself.

Quick service! I was able to get my oil changed, fluids topped and pressure in my tires filled within 10 minutes. This location is very convenient as it is less than 10 minutes from home.

I went in for a just a regular oil change for my 2006 lincoln town car because I was crunched for time. Shortly after I pulled in the attendant tells me that my car is going to need an extra 2 quarts of oil which isn't included in the advertised price of the oil change. I said okay no problem. Seconds later he comes to me and tells me that I most definitely need to get a coolant flush. I told him it hadn't been long since I last got one and I just topped the coolant off a month prior. He said it was dirty and most Definitely would get it done if he was me. I asked price and he said it's 140$. I told him my finances were tight at moment but if you really think it's that important to go ahead and do it. While they were performing the work a second gentleman came up to me with my air filter in hand and said man yourair filter is really dirty you want us to change it out for you? I then reiterated my financial situation and while speaking a supervisor of some sort comes up and grabs the filter and says oh no were gonna swap that out for him for free today since he s getting a oil change and flush. When it was all said and done. I ended up paying close to 200$ after taxes and my coupon. Upon receiving the receipt, I glanced at the work and prices, they charged me $111 for the flush regular $140 and I did in fact end up paying for the air filter $28 but that cost was negated by the discount on the flush. So basically I paid what was quoted but items on receipt were manipulated a bit. 5 days after I got the flush here , my Cars temp started running hot. I immediately pulled over into the closest auto parts store such as auto zone and asked the guy who worked there what it could be . He checked the coolant level and said the car had no coolant or whoever flushed it didn't put any in or didn't bleed it properly. I had to buy a bottle of coolant and fill up my reservoir. So basically I was charged $115 for work that never got done or was done half ass. Iwas pretty upset being that I dipped into my rent money to pay for this extra service. I tried calling the number to the shop on the receipt and it took to me to a customer service person. I explained the very situation to her and told her my angst. She told me she was going to reach out to the store manager and they should contact back with me. Nobody ever contacted me back from the store and I ended up having to call the customer service number again demanding a refund I was told those are only approved by the district manager so I must wait on that now. We'll follow up with the rest of this review but as far as I'm concerned it seemed like all they were out to do was make extra money off me. 2 days later follow up to my previous post. I was told to contact customer service about my issue and I did and still have not been reached out to by anyone that can issue a refund . In addition to conning me into buying a coolant flush now my car leaks coolant everywhere and it NEVER did that before until they messed with my car !!! I'm extremely pissed and even more so they are doing nothing to fix the problem they have created and cost me all this money and having to keep buying antifreeze!

I wish I can have the option to do 0 stars!!!! My car is completely messed up due to letting them change my oil I now I have an oil leak that they caused I never had this problem until I went to them!!!! On top of that they didn’t even reset my oil meter how do I know if it’s is full all the way. And I have never had a company give me the sticker to put on my car myself they normally do it themselves. I wouldn’t give take 5 another penny a day in my life. I am just still in disbelief that the person that normally change my oil was out of town and I needed it done asap is now costing more money to fix everything that take5 messed up. I will also be doing a BBB complaint due to also talking to other people I am not the only person that they have messed up their car. Please anyone go to a local mechanic or anybody but them

Hi there, I hope this message finds you well. I recently visited one of your branches located at 9460 Jones Road for an oil change, cabin filter, and air filter replacement. However, upon reviewing the prices charged for the cabin filter $49.99 and air filter $29.99, I found them to be significantly higher than expected. Immediately after the service, I contacted the branch to discuss the pricing issue. Unfortunately, my experience with customer support was unsatisfactory. During my attempts to resolve this, my call was disconnected the first time, I was placed on hold for 16 minutes the second time, and on the third call, I was placed on hold again after a brief conversation. This left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the service. This was my first and last visit to take5 as I was highly dissatisfied with the customer service. And I already emailed you guys on the same day but till today I have not get any response
