Recently moved back to Houston. While I used another Take 5 while I was gone, I'm glad to be back with these guys. The service, as always is fast, but this shop has always had the friendless folks working for them.

First time at this location. All of the staff were friendly, they worked very well together and efficiently. I was impressed that they all seemed young as well. I appreciate there suggestions on the care my car needs.

My wife came to this location to get an oil change and not only was she taken advantage of but they also broke a piece of the air filter when she had just gone for an OIL CHANGE!!! As soon as she drove off not only did the check engine light had turned on but the car started making a funny noise. I had literally checked her car last night and everything was fine no engine light no nothing, until she took it to this location. We immediately came to talk to the manager and manager refused to talk show the cameras, apparently he had to speak to district manager which he also refused to call because it was his day off. He claimed they never touched the air filter but there was OIL all over it. Cops had to be called and even the officer said there were inconsistencies in their story. All we asked was to see the cameras because it’s not fair to us as paying customers to be taken advantage of this was. They said the only way they would show the cameras is if we take them to court which we will. Please save your money and go somewhere else. My wife’s car will be taken to the mechanic. It infuriates me that they will not take accountability for their negligence.

Fast state inspection and I didn’t even have to leave my car. Drove up, was offered a bottle water and a smile. I only waited about 5 minutes while the car in front of me finished. My technicians were very friendly. throughout the process.

The worst place to go EVER. They messed up my car, had to get towed and worked on…TOOK A WHOLE WEEK TO GET DONE. Never going back. Also their replies on google reviews are impersonal and automated. I wish people would just do their job and do it well.

Took my spouses car for an oil change and inspection. Associate noted the oil change wasn’t due yet. Saved me 100$. He didnt have to point that out and I asked for the service so he could have just gone ahead. Really appreciate his help

Take 5 inspected my car quickly and efficiently. All who work there are so kind, gracious, knowledgeable and professional. Devin was extremely kind and helpful to me. This is where I I always go to get my car inspected ever since they opened near me. Excellent customer service!!

At a time when covid-19 is at an all-time high not one of the employees that I saw were wearing their masks correctly. Some were not wearing their masks at all while others had their noses totally exposed. This is absolutely unacceptable and the reason for my survey grade of unprofessional
