Take 5 Oil Change

Husband went in for an oil change. He saw the gentleman pull out a new filter. Gentleman was having trouble taking old filter off, and after a while told my husband he was good to go. My husband came home, checked to make sure he did in fact put in the new filter, but sadly it was the old filter still attached. Husband went back to take five to let them know. Gentleman played it off by saying he must have mistakenly grabbed the wrong old filter to put back on. Old filter is dirty black and old and the new filter is clean and blue. Moral of the story, he told the guy if he was having trouble taking it off ask for help, but don't lie to me. It's a shame.

Extremely disappointed . I pulled in line at 4:20 didn’t get into a bay until 5:27 sat in the bay with no one working on my car or even until ask what I am getting until 6:00 pm only to tell me they don’t have my filter. Which I asked them to check when I arrived.

Sam, AJ, and Josh at Take 5 took excellent care of my car! The staff at this location are consistently polite, kind, and efficient. I appreciate their patience and the friendly atmosphere they create. This location stands out because of the fantastic service these employees provide. Love bringing my car here – highly recommend!

last year i went to a different take 5 location that charged me for a service but didn’t actually do it. it’s been a hassle trying to get that location to make it right. HOWEVER. this location, the manager and techs went out of their way to fix it (they were not at all obligated to do so and could’ve sent me on my way) but took time out of their day to ensure my issue was fixed and were attentive the entire time. as a woman who doesn’t know anything about cars, i appreciated this so much, as i get screwed over at these places. i love take 5, bc majority of their locations are amazing. this is definitely one of the best in the houston area. thank you athan, who i believe was the manager and AJ who i believe was the tech for your integrity and kindness. will make this my main location going forward!

Claims to not work on fiat 500 because of oil filter location. Not my usual location but I service at take 5 before.

Lined up behind one car for my state inspection and waited 20 minutes to pull in then another 30 before they plugged the inspection computer in. Finished in just under an hour.

Went back on Sunday and was served by Drew, quick, efficient and I was done within 20 minutes, got a new air filter too Received excellent service today from Creighton, in and out in less than 20 minutes. Had excellent service from Jayvon, mild mannered and my oil change was quick!
