Great prompt, polite and professional service. Cameron the manager was super nice and knowledgeable and was 100% customer service along with his team Xavier and Dameon. I highly recommend them and I definitely will be going back.

I’ve enjoyed for the most part having take 5 take care of my oil changes but after these past few experiences, I will no longer. This last time was my final straw I had an issue with a leakage that I took care of recently. Unfortunately, there still was some residue left because of that issue. The worker made fun of my car and repetitively asked my husband if we “even have insurance?” I don’t see why that’s any of their concern. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. No one should ever be treated like that.

I think it was Cameron and Michael that took care of me if I remember correctly, they were great. It was early and freezing cold but they had me laughing and took care of my oil change quickly.

Quick and got oil change, check filters, replaced one, check wipers, and gave a bottle of water before asking for money. I will return there.

I had a fantastic experience at Take 5 thanks to Cameron! I came in to get my windshield wipers changed, and Cameron took care of it quickly and professionally. He was super friendly, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was satisfied with the job. It was refreshing to receive such attentive and efficient service. My new wipers are working perfectly, and I really appreciate Cameron’s help. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re looking for quality service! I was in and out in no time, and the pricing was very fair. I highly recommend Take 5 to anyone looking for reliable and hassle-free car maintenance. They really go above and beyond!

This location is not good at all. Last week I came in and I was told there were not any filters for my type of car which is a Toyota and was told that it would be a couple days to get the delivery in. I came in today at 2:20pm and the guy told me I had to wait 35 more minutes because him and the one other guy there were on their lunch breaks. That’s all cap to me.

Well I’ve tried to go here twice and my roommate also tried to go here let’s just say I’ve gotten two free waters and no service. Try #1 tried to get vehicle inspection… on the weekend… was informed their ONE inspection person would not be in til Monday. Roommate Try #1: he went for inspection on a weekday (I told him that they only have one inspector and based on conversation thought that person worked weekdays). He was told the inspection guy wasn’t working that day. Try #2 Me: I went for an oil change. They said that because my car was too (old or new can’t remember which) that they could not put conventional oil in it. I told them it currently has conventional oil and I wanted to keep it that way. They said they would do it if I signed a waiver. A WAIVER??!! What the heck is this place?? I left. They will not get my business in the future! Update: I periodically stop by to see if things improve because they’re super convenient location. Today their ONE state inspector is on vacation all week. Went in on Monday and they said to come back on Saturday… how do they only have one inspector with no one to cover vacations??

I cannot tell you how pleased I was when I got my service on South Gessner. The guys were very nice and professional, and my wife and I were pleased with how they educated us on the best oil change that would help out vehicle for longevity. The service was quick like five minutes. I will be sure to visit the location on S. Desner Rd. every time. You Take 5!!!

Went in for an oil change and Oscar took care of me but didn’t do a great job because my car was leaking oil and I had to come in the next morning to get it fixed. Shout out to Michael for taking care of me foreal and going the extra mile to get my car good thank you!

It was definitely pricey compared to what I usually pay for an oil change but it was done in a timely manner and they took a look at the oil leak I have for no extra charge and gave me some suggestions. Good service overall.
