Worst location I’ve been to. Bad experience from the beginning. Went in for an oil change and they had an attitude problem since I pulled in. Especially the manager the one with the beard. One of them asked if I wanted to change my air filter. He said he was going to give me a $10 discount. I told them No a few times. I was going to do it myself. I finally decided to let them change it with the discount. Well, as expected it came out full price and when I told him, he said best he could do was a 20% discount next oil change. As if I was ever to come back to this location. Raggedy. SHUT IT DOWN!

I've changed my review from 5 star to 1. I've been coming to this location for year's. I've always brought my own oil. They never carry Mobil 1, high mileage, extended. Never once have I brought my own oil filter as well and they have never asked me or required it. Now all of a sudden, they can't change my oil unless I bring my own filter too? I asked the associate to look it up and he stated that it stated in the system that I had brought the filter in the past. Which is absolutely not true. The associate found this funny. This location has gone downhill. They lost a regular. I just hung up with customer service, who confirmed that this was not true. Certainly they can change your oil when you bring your own without having to bring your own oil filter as well.

One of the workers there, Kenton, tried to scam me with his “energy consultation” service that he claimed would lower my power bill. Stop tryna scam and change my damn oil.

Terrible experience. Employees were not sure is they had the correct oil. They did not have the correct oil filter. They couldn't figure out how to drain the oil. Would not drain the oil from underneath the vehicle. The young men that worked there were very nice, just didn't have the correct products or training. 2004 Mercedes Benz E500.

Took my SUV to get an oil change and I’m guessing they had a new guy learning how to do the work, I am all for teaching someone but the trainer should have stayed with them. When they removed the top oil filter he leaked oil all over the top of the motor and the front bumper. While I was driving I had smoke coming out from under my hood I had to pull over to see what was the issue and that’s when I also seen all the hand prints left all over the car. Had to take my car to get it washed again.

Got my oil changed here yesterday today I smell burning oil and I looked under my truck and the whole bottom of my engine is covered with oil not sure what's going on maybe they didn't tighten something I don't know

I personally have very bad experience in this location, all of the employees are not helpful including the manager, I would recommend everyone to choose different locations 👎🏻

The gentleman greeted me nicely. However, he was quick to dispose of my air filter and replace with a new one without my consent. I requested to see it and he did show it to me. I requested that he reinstall it as it was in good condition. After that he wasn’t so friendly anymore.

The mechanics were somewhat unprofessional and hopefully they done a good job on my oil change… One guy gave me two stickers because he forgot he already gave me one with my mileage on it.

Came to this location twice and have been told both times that the tech who does the inspection is either off or at lunch. There was at least 5 guys standing in the office location just looking at me, it seems like either they need more training or should actually want to do their job.

This is what it looks like after 2 days and 120 miles. Engine sounds rough and this is completely burnt oil. My truck doesn't burn oil.
