Convenient place to get an oil change or state inspection. They will also check your filters all while you stay in your car. Competitive prices. Service is friendly and efficient. They typically will offer you a bottle of water while you wait. This location can get busy. There isn’t a lot of space for cars so the line can back up. On my most recent visit, I came for a state inspection. They informed me that my wipers need to be replaced and they replaced them with wipers that I had purchased from somewhere else, which was nice of them.

I got there at 7:00 when it open only one person in front of me I didn't get served until 7:39 I was not happy about the wait

Great experience. John was thorough and helpful. Explained things. Offered me water. They will go as fast as you prefer. And this place tops off your fluids and puts air in your tires all year long free of charge. ANY local Take 5. I thought their offers were pretty cool. Thanks John and Take 5! 👍👍

As I was leaving the skid plate for my car fell off and down into the compartment underneath my car where the oil change was performed. One of the employees said it was nothing and that I was good to go. It was only after I parked and got out of my car and started to go to look underneath that he stopped me and said that we forgot about something. Not happy with the service here at all and won’t be returning to take 5 next time.

I wasn’t going to leave a review until I got a text asking for a review so here you go: I arrived around 11am on a Sunday 11/24 and all 3 bays are full with 2 cars in each bay with one car ahead of me in line outside of the garage. Seemed busy that day and I understood I was going to be there a little while, but was not expecting to be there for 2 and a half hours. Once I finally got far enough in line to be acknowledged, I told the worker I was there for an inspection and he told me to pull up to the bay behind the car that was ahead of me, where I sat for about an hour before I was acknowledged again. Once the car ahead of me drove off, they told me to move forward in the bay and they then started assisting me. Why have bays long enough for 2 cars if you’re going to ignore one of them? I’m not sure. Probably understaffed but who knows. The worker then sold me on about $275 worth of things: oil change, coolant flush, intake filter etc. but forgot to ring me up for the inspection which was the whole reason I came in the first place lol. He did however realize he forgot immediately after he charged me which is good. At this point I’m a little annoyed but I don’t say anything and keeping to myself because I’m rarely the type of person to complain. The women in the car next to me however was the type of person to complain. So, since she complained and threw a fit about having to wait for so long, the workers assisted her before me even though I had gotten there over an hour before her and she was already gone before before they even did my oil change. In the employees defense, he did explain the situation to me and he was very apologetic about, and I completely understand how Karen’s can be. However, I dont believe that other customers should suffer and wait longer because someone is throwing a tantrum until they get what they want. The final event that lead to me writing this review is after I had finished, or so I thought, I was told to pull my car out of the bay and to the side to allow the car behind me to get out. You’re telling me the car behind me finished before me too? On top of that, you’re telling me they got assisted while I was still in the bay, unlike me being ignored until the car ahead of me left? All in all, I chalk this up to a bad experience and Id like to believe that this location is not always like that. But hey, yall asked me for a review and here it is

Probably the worst experience I’ve had since using take 5. Didn’t really get the great customer service I’ve known for some time and service took over an hour. Won’t be going back to this location

Do not go here. They will even admit on site the quote you are given from their customer call center is not real. They make me drive on site and wait in line for a 15 minutes ( 5 minutes my ass) just to find out the quote is fake, and they will be ripping you off by wanting you pay 40% more. So ignore this pace .. is just a corporate biz driven scam

I thought it was like you will be there for 5 minutes and I am taking in consideration the time I was in line. When I got to station I waited about 30 plus minutes before service was rendered. I have gotten oil changes before for ranges 10-35 dollars and the cheapest one was 49 dollars. The representative recommended the 89 dollar oil change, and since I have 0 knowledge about their craft I paid the 89 dollars. Did I get an oil change? Yes, now what is the ( take 5) for? Idk. Was I convinced that I need another 89 dollar oil change? It remains to be seen.

I've come here a few times and I've got to say that EJ is truly one of my favorites. He is honest and really tries to help you. He understands the situations that people can be in, and he tries to accommodate them. He explains issues thoroughly and proves good insights on what should be done! His service is always great!
