Please change your name it's not close to five minutes. I get the jist. They pull you into the oil change station and make you wait 20 minutes. Went to one location they did not have the tools for my oil change. Had a veterans coupon and they stiffed me. Thank goodness I can add and subtract

The service was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly. They took great care of my oil and filter change, and they didn’t try to upsell me on anything. I really appreciate it! I’m so happy with my experience.

The oil changes at Take 5 are far more expensive than other oil change places but I go here sometimes if I want a quick oil change. However I did notice that they don’t do all of the services that come with the oil change but they will mark it as “complete” on the sheet they give you. I noticed that they didn’t check my tire pressure nor did they clean my windshield, nor did they check my wiper blades, but on paper it says that they did. So now I’m skeptical to know what else they didn’t do. For a $97 oil change, I should be getting the services that were promised.

Always great speedy service. Congratulations to the gentleman who will be expecting. Make sure he gets enough of time off to make doctors appointments and spend time with his kid when delivered. The two handsome young men working here today were courteous, professional, and honest! Made my day as I always dread having to deal with car issues. I live quite a ways away from here but would return for car issues and oil changes just because of them. Thankful! 😊

Workers were not welcoming when I drove in . One gentleman got impatient and upset when I couldn’t drive up between the service box . The same employee then got upset because I wouldn’t purchase an air filter even after I mentioned I didn’t have enough to fit that into my budget . Will not visit this location again . I was the only one visiting this location and the take 5 located 5 min away had a long line of cars waiting . I will be visiting the other location in the future . Employees need to be more professional .

ZERO STAR. Made an appointment for inspection and oil change and no inspection person was at the shop. If you do not have a resource to perform the job then you should not let customers to book for the service and drive to your location just to find out my time is wasted.

Getting an Oil Change needn't mean sitting in a waiting room for hours. I think the whole process may have taken 20 mins while I sat in the car. I noticed whilst I was having the car serviced that in the office they had a poster showing the path from Oil Change Technician to Company President. I thought that was pretty cool and maybe the sign of a well run company.

My store is on OST. Probably not visit here again. Nonchalant service. Carried on between themselves and no water, very little contact right down to ticket.

Victor and his assistant were fantastic. It’s really amazing They get the whole process done while you sit in the car. So much better than other oil change places that you have to come back in two hours and you never have any idea if your car is done or not. They were very friendly and professional and didn’t push any unnecessary services. I asked them about my front wiper blades and they said they look fine. And then they checked my back wiper blade and said it needed replacing. They had one in stock and put it on with no trouble. Great experience and highly recommend them!

I’ve stopped by this location at least 4, maybe 5 times for a state inspection and EVERY single time I’ve stopped by there’s a random reason why they can’t help me. “The inspector left early”, “our machine is broke”. I’m convinced this location just doesn’t want state inspection business and so they come up with excuses. I won’t be coming back.

Service is good once you finally get into the bay. Five minutes once you get into the bay oil change. South main and the Holcomb locations are highly understaffed. 1hr to 40 minute wait. If you hire the staff to actually make it five minutes or a reasonable facsimile thereof the volume will cover the staff cost. Can't give you five stars until you get that wait way down.

Went there today for the first time, after Jiffy Lube on W Holcombe tried to get to pay $40 to have my headlights cleaned of "fog". Lights were clearly functioning, so I left. At Take 5, I didn't even have to get out of the car! The guy was no-nonsense going through the steps, and very polite. I will feel comfortable going there for my next service!

Do not get an inspection here. They don’t have their own inspector, I had to wait over an hour for him to arrive.

Had my oil changed and they offered to change my air filter, which they did. not even 15 mins after leaving my check engine light comes on and they never answered my calls. My husband opened it up and the filter wasn't even attached...smh. Luckily just had to replace the filter and clean the air flow sensor. Definitely not going back.

I arrived at 9:05 on Sunday. The two guys were so rude: I don’t understand why. One of them even yelled at me. I left to Jiffy across the street and it was a whole different experience.

I love take 5, so convenient, also my car is a fiat and their not allowed to do them unless a manager is there and they continue to honor the fact I’ve been going as long as ive had my car around about 4 years, never had a problem so definitely recommend them.
