Always a quick in and out with friendly and courteous employees. If they ever add tire rotation, I’ll buy stock in the company. I can’t see a reason to do business anywhere else. It’s probably not normal to look forward to an oil change, but the minimal wait for an open bay is quite pleasant.

Terrible experience. Waited 50 minutes and at least 3 cars were serviced before mine due to poor planning and communication. Everyone was disorganized. I will not be returning to this location

Workers here are always trying their best to turn customers away and avoid working. Take 5 has fallen off and isn’t the customer service I remember. What a shame.

I came yesterday with my spare oil and oil filter. When the mechanic was filling my engine, I told him that he should leave some oil in the canister, as the volume there is slightly more than the capacity of the engine oil, but he did not listen to me and deliberately filled the rest. So he overfilled my engine by about 200 ml above the maximum! I hope this does not harm the engine. 2. Before coming to this service, I called and asked them about reporting the oil change to Carfax, they told me that they can do it. In fact, they do not do it or refuse to do it. Don`t recommend!

In July 2024 i had an oil change at 5 Min Oil Change in this location, and it was a disaster. They forgot to attach an important detail back after the oil change( on the picture) causing all the oil to spill out. I barely made it from Texas to Florida, and my car almost broke down in the process. It was a nightmare, and I’m lucky my car didn’t get seriously damaged. I filed a complaint, (5min oil claim number T5С011099 )but no one ever got back to me. Terrible service and completely unprofessional. I’ll never go back again, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

Made an appointment intending to get the economy oil change using a $20 off coupon, making the total $30. Got there an they said they only had premium oil left after my car was already in the bay with the hood up. Ended up paying $70 and they told me I needed to change my dirty air filter when it was basically clean. Felt scammed, took 10 min like they said but I still left pissed. Felt like the took advantage of the fact that I’m a young woman and like wasn’t going to be confrontational. Not going back.

Service was quick and friendly but I changed my own oil next time because it was convenient at the time. When I changed it myself I found the oil was overfilled, the drain plug and filter were waaaay overtight and the plastic shield for the oil pan was missing. Too many problems for me, I'll just handle it myself from now on.

They guys do such a great job and is the reason I return to this location. They work as a team which I really like. In addition, Samuel was very friendly. There were two other guys that were also very nice but unfortunately I didn’t get their names. If you need a quick oil change or a simple inspection to get your vehicle registration this is the place.

Great service, highly recommend: unfortunately I tried 2 other locations when they opened and they made excuses about why they couldn't do my oil change but when I showed up here at 7:10, Josh immediately took care of my vehicle. Despite being early in the morning, Josh was pleasant, personable, efficient and offered recommendations and generally a pleasure to have as the technician working on my car. Best experience I've had at a Take 5 in my years for going to them and this location is lucky to have him represent them.
