Beware!!! Fluids are supposed to be topped off with an oil change. Mine were not and when I returned 2 weeks later they checked some of them and told me that I was good to go. I'd returned only because I knew that I needed power steering fluid. After asking g for it they advised that I visit a different location because they didn't have any. This is unacceptable and poor, deceptive customer service.

Calhoun and his staff are excellent and very professional. They are by far 150% better than the one down the road from this location would highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change today! I chose this location based on its great reviews, and it did not disappoint. The wait time was minimal, and they quickly got my vehicle into the bay for an oil change. The prices are fair and competitive, which I really appreciate. While I do wish they offered tire rotations, I understand the focus on efficiency to keep customers moving. Overall, great service—highly recommend!

Oh these guys here are A-1! 👌🏾 I believe my oil change took maybe 20 to 25 minutes and there was no wait, I just waltzed right in lol! They were done in no time… I give them 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Based on the reviews being mostly good, I must have picked the worst day to bring my car in because my oil change literally took almost 1.5 hours to be done. I couldn’t leave because they were already half way done 30 mins in and then had to run out to get a filter they needed but didn’t tell me that prior to starting. Arrived at 10:27am and at 11:57am, I’m “close” to being let go. All they were able to do is offer a $10 discount for the horrible communication and waste of my time.

Guys were courteous and very respectful. I give it a 3 start because there was 4 technicians, and I literally wait 30 mins once my vehicle was drained, and it seems to move very slowly

Went in for oil change and they told me I didn’t need one. That is just the top off of which they do for free. This place is great. The personnel are very efficient. I give five stars.

My last oil change there was my LAST oil change there. Approximately a month after they did a synthetic oil change on my Toyota, I was on a road trip and had multiple warning lights on my dash turn on as I was passing through Columbia, SC. So I found an auto parts place that hooked their computer reader to my car, and they advised me not to risk driving any farther. It was a Sunday, but I felt lucky that there was a Toyota dealership and a safe hotel at that particular exit, and was at the dealership at opening time Monday morning. The Toyota dealer in Columbia diagnosed timing issues, caused by Take 5 using a defective filter. So when I got back to Jacksonville I went to Take 5 and talked with the Assistant Manager, Tyler, and asked for reimbursement of the expense I incurred for the fresh oil change and hotel bill. After 2 1/2 weeks of not hearing anything, I called and got their customer complaint department. Another week and a half passed, and I just received a phone call from someone at a company named Fleet Management, saying that they were denying my "claim" because the car had over 1500 miles on it since the oil change. Although this is only about 15% of what you should expect out of full synthetic oil, the number of miles on the OIL wasn't the issue that caused the malfunction. The issue was the defective filter!!! I gave them TWO opportunities to do the right thing and reimburse the expenses caused by them using a defective product - first by addressing the situation with the Assistant Manager, and again with their customer complaint department, and they chose to lose a customer rather than take responsibility for their inferior product. It seems like there are oil change places every few yards in our area, and hope you will consider their lack of accountability when you are choosing who to have service your car. It's just not worth the risk. UPDATE - DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE BUSINESS'S FAKE RESPONSE!! IT'S AUTOMATED!! I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS!!
