Breon saved the day when the tech did not realize he had pulled up the wrong car and was giving me the wrong oil filter. Breon is a very valuable asset to your company. Always professional and fast. He “gets the job done”. Breon is the one reason I will return!

This place rules. The staff are sincerely professional yet fun and knowledgeable. I was greeted with a bottle of spring water *chef’s kiss* and then had 10/10 service. I will only get my oil changes here from now on. They even cleaned my windshield and topped off the air in my tires.

THIS SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE, THEY PUT THE WRONG OIL IN MY TRUCK!! THEN, I WENT HOME AND OIL LEAKED ALL OVER MY DRIVEWAY .. NOW, I HAVE TO GO BACK TO TAKE 5 OIL TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED... IM VERY UPSET BECAUSE THIS WAS MY FIRST VISIT AND LAST ...

The staff was very courteous. They offered water while we wait. Brandon explained the best oil to get for high mileage. The manager explained the importance of changing filters when dirty. Thank you Take 5 for having such knowledgeable staff. I was very satisfied with the service.

Absolutely bar NONE ! the best group of techs I have ever had the privilege of meeting.The WHOLE TEAM was amazing in all 3 bays the worked so well together and were so professional and knowledgeable I will NEVER take my vehicle anywhere else JB and Ephesians ,Stephen ,Breon and so many more ! As usual they knocked and banged and had a hard time unbolting the skid plate but lucky me this time they stripped the bolt so now I am minus a bolt!!!! When I asked to have the bolt so I could have it replaced they had to search because they threw it behind a toolbox. Then they try to explain to me how they stripped it. I don’t care how they stripped it. It was their fault. If they had not put it on so tight last time, they probably would not have had an issue getting it off this time. It’s always something when I go there!!! Unbelievable!!!!

I went to the 103rd street location for my 1st oil change. Faster than I expected plus a discount. I went to the Lenox road location for my 2nd oil change. Faster than I expected plus a discount. Very nice!

Oil prints all in my hood and brush Guard of my truck, looked under my truck as I was doing something else when I got home and they did not wipe down parts when they drained oil. This is the worst service I have had and I have been taking my truck there for a while if you look at your records. I had to ask the guy for the sticker to put on my window for next service. Thank god I know how to reset my oil light because the guy didn’t even ask me like they normally do.

First off for a 5 min oil change I waited over an hour and the price they charge for a oil change is insane!!! The workers was weird not pleasant at all I will not be going back there for my next oil change.

Very disappointed this time. For the first time, I was overcharged for an extra quart of oil (my car only takes 5) and a $4.99 service fee for something (No explanation). Will likely not use this location again.

Everyone employed here looks and behaves as if they’re 18 years old. There are several reasons why I’d rather not be serviced by a bunch of kids. When I first arrived, one of the employees commented on how dirty my car was. I guess in jest, but it was a little alarming. I laughed it off. Then they began on my old change. As they were completing that service, a young lady opens my passenger door without notifying or asking me, sits down in my passenger seat, opens my glove box, and starts dismantling my filter. I was so appalled that someone would invite themselves into my car and perform a service that I didn’t even consent to. I’ve never experienced that and I hope these types of startling experiences are resolved.

Took forever to get in bay then the twi guys was arguing . They almost pulked me out without paying. I asked for one guy to put sir in my tire he said he not doing it the other guy can. Nobody did. They didnt change my oil light either . Poor service
