Take 5 is over priced in my opinion. The guy Dylan I think made me feel uncomfortable and he gave an attitude every time he’s not right. Some of them guys make me feel like they are going to mess up something because they sometimes have no idea what’s going on. One of the guys take one look at my vehicle and decided since it’s new the oil will last up to 7k miles and the oil won’t burn much…I would not tell people that incase something was to happen to their vehicle by waiting that long. Take 5 in the beginning during the grand opening was great but service has declined.

The guys are so nice and efficient every time. This time I had Jerius, Dylan, and Chris and I got friendly, fast service. They even noticed my tires were low on air due to recent cooler weather and took care of those for me.

Went here, Thursday October 17th. We normally go to Valvoline, but they were passing you guys, and figured we would try it out. They were AMAZING. There were two assistant manger there, I can’t remember their names, but both of them were very nice, and customer oriented. They were all working together very well, and the managers were willing to learn things from the employees. That is always a sign of a good leader, when they can admit when they don’t know something and learn from the people under them. We got our oil changed, air put in tires, air filter changed, and new wipers put on. All of this only took 10 minutes. Both managers came to us and asked if we had any questions. When they suggested more things for us to get done (which I understand they have to do) they weren’t overly pushy which is appreciated. Suggestive selling is a very big things, but it is always nice when it isn’t shoved in your face. Over all, awesome workers, and great experience. Definitely coming back.

They do have a few good guys working there that has been there since I been going. And they do a great job... But now that corporate has changed things I'm fixing to find some places else to take my business. They use to have better coupons on there web site and they done away with them now you get a 5 dollar off coupon for economy and a 7 dollar off coupon for the premium oil change. Now you can't use them... Corporate is not letting them use any of the coupons. But they are on there website. And they also have a sign saying if you bring in your receipt from buying a coffee that day you get 10 dollars off. Well the sign is still there and they do not honor that either. And now they have new guys working there and they don't know what they are doing. Think goodness the guy who knew me from coming there checked to see what was going on cause the guy couldn't put my oil filter on. And I asked the guy checking me in if they topped off the rest of my fluid and he acted like I was stupid and told me that they was changing my oil. Well no shit.... And then asked me what fluids I wanted topped off. Well I'm supposing the ones your suppose to every time anyone come in foe a oil change. It just blew my mind... But the only reason I give it a 2 start if for the 2 guys who have been there. Which Dylan is one of the guys and not sure of the other guys name but he just came back to work there from the Ford motor company... And also the guy who checked me in and out didn't give me my receipt and had to turn around and go back to get it.... But corporate you need to bring back the coupons or your going to lose business.... So corporate you need to either take all the coupons down and ur signs and stop the false advertising.... Or bring back the coupons like every other place offers or start losing more business....If things don't change I'm going to find someplace else.... And the only reason I gave a 2 start is for the two guys who I mentioned.... Get it together corporate..... SMH.....

I was traveling and I needed a quick oil change so guess where I stopped at! Take 5 but It took 50. The manager and the employee are nice but for a first time visiting a take 5 center I don’t think I will do it again. First, the price! I was looking for a cheap place and this charged me 132$ for oil change! They keep convincing you that this and this and this is better than this. Then for air filter they said it needed a replacement. I said can we just blow it for now they said it’s just need a replacement! They did not even try to clean it.

I went in to get an oil change today, they said it would take 10 minutes. That’s the whole motto of this place… Well I got there at 3:28 and they didn’t get to me until 3:41 and I was nervous because I had to be at work at 4 and I told them that and they assured me I would be out in time. Long story short I wasn’t and got talked to at work for being late which could’ve been avoided. Not only that, but I had a coupon for $18 off an oil change. The only restriction was I couldn’t combine coupons/promotions. So when I told him I had a coupon he said I couldn’t use it on the basic $53 oil change and recommended the $89 one. Idk who is paying that much for an oil change, because I’m not. So I had to pay $50 dollars instead of the $30 I usually pay at Walmart. Then I was visibly upset and he was asking about my wiper blades and I only came for an oil change and basically pressured me into new blades. I came in wanting to pay the $35ish bucks and left paying $99 because of the $53 oil change, $33 blades, plus the $5.99 “service fee”. I feel ripped off and I couldn’t just leave because they were emptying my oil before anything. Glad my oil is changed, but I won’t be back and I’ll make sure to tell everyone I know to stay away unless this can be made right. I work in customer service and I would never let someone leave feeling the way I do.

I went in today for an oil change, this place typically takes very good care of me but I had a negative experience with an employee. The other two entrance bays had a cone in front of it, so I parked behind a car that I thought was parked for an oil change. An employee named Dylan came to my car with a lot of energy and said, "why are you parked all the way in the back? It's my number one pet peeve, I don't understand why people park all the way back here. Move over to this side,". And walked away to move a cone. It struck me as unprofessional. Everyone gets frustrated, and as someone who works in a sort of customer service role, I try to make sure I do what I can to make employees day a little easier. I hate to even give a negative rating because everyone else did such a great job with me, but I see this being a potential issue for future customers and the business.

My wife stopped in here to get her oil changed and was told there's no point in getting an oil change because she has an oil leak. What?? So because we have to add a quart of oil every couple months, she doesn't need new oil and new filter?? Either these guys are lazy and just didn't want to do it or are dangerously misinformed about how cars and oil work. What a joke.

Never again! First, they did not check my tires, I had to ask them to. Secondly, the guy recording my information asked how to spell my last name and I did and he recorded it as “Longbar” while also getting my address completely wrong. Last and most importantly, they did not clip my metal housing under my car which completely diminished the center of my housing. I had to find someone with a car jack just to attach it back on. The workers were very kind, just had a ton of issues.

Well i called the day before i went for pricing and the person on the phone said they would send me a 25% off discount. Well all they sent me was the website. So when i get there the following day i noticed the 25% discount was only for veteran's. So i only got $7 dollars off. The guys were very nice though.

The day after I got my oil change, coolant spewed all over my engine and my car overheated while I was out driving. Not sure if the tech wiggled a hose loose while refilling the coolant or what, but it happened the day after I got my oil changed. I went by myself a few days ago to get my oil change and the tech was trying to upsell everything. To the point it felt extremely uncomfortable for the both of us. As for background info: I moved here in July and am new to the area. I had brought my cousin here a few weeks ago to change his oil and see how the service was and the whole process was smooth and easy. It was just weird how different the conversation was between them (my cousin and the tech), and how the conversation was between myself and the tech.
