Muy mal que me fue , fui por un cambio de aceite y terminaron dañando la rosca de donde sale el aceite del motor y cuando fui a reclamar no me dieron una respuesta concreta que ellos no se hicieran responsables del daño ocasionado que el arreglo tenía que pagarlo yo de mi bolsillo . It was very bad for me, I went for an oil change and they ended up damaging the thread from which the engine oil comes out and when I went to complain they did not give me a concrete answer that they would not be responsible for the damage caused that the repair had to be paid for. me from my pocket.

Unbelievable positive experience. Been there twice and each time had my oil filter. How does that happen. Before went to jiffy lube and didn't have my filter for a very popular Hyundai accent. Poor management and never went back

I came to get my oil changed here as I have done so before (about a year ago) and had a great experience. This time was far from that. I pulled in and they began to start working on my car. There were two younger ladies that seemed to have absolutely no idea what was going on. I stepped out of my car, as it was getting hot and I'm 6 months pregnant, and waited outside. A few moments later one of the girls comes up to me saying, "unfortunately we won't be able to your oil change because we can't anymore." I proceeded to state they I have had it done here before. She looked baffled and said, "Here? At this location?" I said, "Yes you guys even pulled up my account." She walks back to the other girl and she comes up and states, "Yeah we can don't your oil change because we have a list of cars that we aren't allowed to service anymore and your car is on there. Also it's so weird, but we think you're like leaking coolant or something." Wow! Very description and so helpful! I went to get in my car and before I was leaving, one of the girls then says, "Yeah well you also haven't been here since last August so rules change and stuff." Ended up going to the auto shop behind them and what do you know? They did an oil change for 55 dollars and I DIDNT have a coolant leak. Just all around very unprofessional and a terrible experience.

I've been going to take 5 for a couple years now and never had a bad experience until Friday. They messed my Mercedes Benz up and even the manager isn't trying to help me. I've contacted corporate and BBB so hopefully they will take care of this issue. One of the male employees tried to fight my pregnant girlfriend and the manager has done nothing. I wouldn't have even gave one star but I had to. I wasn't even greeted with a bottle of water. These new teenagers they have working there are terrible and not responsible adults

There is no need to park. 😊Fast, friendly service. Alex was very nice, offered us bottles of water, was knowledgeable, and explained what was going on with the vehicle. I definitely recommend taking your car to get an oil change at this location. TAKE 5 is so much better than Jiffy Lube. 🤍
