Don’t let the take 5 name fool you. We waiting in the bay, yes the bay, for 45 minutes before they acknowledged us again and started our oil change with out even an apology.

Thank you for the cheerful service. I pulled in with a low tire light and then noticed I was past my miles for service. In just a few minutes I was good to go. The guys who were working there were very kind and helpful, offering advice and tips for my car's maintenance schedule.

As someone with adhd this place is awesome. I can go when I think of it, and things get handled. If one location is busy I can find another pretty quickly. Friendly people, good service.

Most professional and clean take 5 ive been to. All of the staff was super friendly and went through the checklist and actually showed me my coolant levels, air filter, etc. was in and out in literally 5 mintues. Great spot

Had my Daughter take her Nissan altima in for a oil change yesterday. The car is in perfect condition. She drove about 20 miles from the shop, went into a store and the car is now leaking coolant all over after they "topped it off" also oil all over the top of the motor which they tried to wipe off. I'm having my Daughter take it back to them. Let's see if they make it right.

My husband took our truck in for an oil change and watched the service tech put debris into the filter and attempt to upsell him a new filter when he knew it was already brand new. He did a few other things that were shady that were not worth taking it back again. Maybe if they were a little more honest about selling things as an option instead of deceiving people you’d get more trust from the general public. Buyer beware, they’ll try to upsell you for things you don’t need. Not a great way to start your brand new business.

Very professional staff and they explained everything they were checking on my car. I was offered a cold bottle of water upon arrival and a detailed receipt at the end of my visit. I would have given 5 stars but the oil change took longer than I expected and they did not have the recommended cabin filter in stock after they removed my old one. They did put the old one back in for me. I will return again for my next service.

Here’s a review for your recent oil change experience at Take5: I recently had a fantastic experience at Take5 for an oil change, and I can’t recommend them enough! The service was quick and convenient—they do everything while you stay in your car, which is a huge plus for me. Frank, who handled most of the service, was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained each step as he went along. The manager, Seth, made sure everything went smoothly. One thing I really appreciated was their attention to detail. They checked my air filter, showed me the old one, and recommended a replacement. I felt they were genuinely looking out for my vehicle’s performance, not just trying to upsell. They replaced it for $30 and showed me the new one before installing it, which gave me confidence in the service quality. I opted for the full synthetic Mobil 1 oil for my Dodge Ram 5.7-liter engine, which took 7 quarts. Plus, I got free fluid top-ups for the first 3,000 miles, and when I return for that, they’ll set me up with another 3K mile interval for topping off fluids. It’s clear Take5 values customer satisfaction and quality care. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my future oil changes. Highly recommend!

I was in a hurry so I stopped by Take 5 Oil Change and I am so glad that I stopped by at this location. I was immediately greeted upon pulling into the driveway and the worker, a very polite and friendly young man greeted us with a smile and a cold bottle of water. He explained the process and proceeded to do the job. He was very informative and checked all my fluids , not trying to sell me anything I wasn’t in need of. That alone is like a breath of fresh air. Usually every where I go someone is trying to hustle me for more cash! Thanks for a job well done and a reasonable price!
